Clinical Observation On Treating Vasospastic Angina By Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder on vasospastic angina.Methods:60 patients of VA were divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases) by using the random and compare way.Salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill was given to control group. The treatment group were dosed Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder.The influences of clinical effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on VA were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of relieving angina,improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were respectively 93.3%,76.6% and96.6%;the corresponding remarkable rate were respectively 30% ,30%,40%which were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0. 05).The level of TC,TG,LDL-C,ET-1 were decreased remarkably in the treatment group,the level of HDL-C and NO were increased remarkably in the treatment group,which were statistically different compared with those of the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion:Supplemented Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder can obtain more remarkable curative effect on treating UA than the curative effect treat with salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill.
