Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Colonic Damp - Heat Ulcerative Colitis With Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Retention Enema

Purpose: Through retrospective analysis of clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema in the treatment of damp heat syndrome of ulcerative colitis,Clear of traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema clinical efficacy and safety of treatment of damp heat type UC,In order to retain the traditional Chinese medicine combined with to provide a reliable basis for the clinical application of enema in the treatment of UC. Material and method : Affiliated 51 cases patients of anorectal ulcerative colitis which in Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the period from March 2013 to July 2015,employ the traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema,The comprehensive curative effect,TCM syndrome score,TCM symptoms curative effect, fecal occult blood,ESR, adverse reaction, were observed after treatment,And statistical analysis. Results: 1.The comprehensive effect of the total effective rate was 92.16%. 2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 92.16%. 3.The TCM syndrome score after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment, p=0.000<0.05. 4.After the treatment of fecal occult blood were significantly lower than that before treatment, z=-5.624, p=0.000<0.05. 5.After the treatment of erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly lower than that before treatment, t=10.929, p=0.000<0.05. 6.It is high safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema in the treatment of UC. 7.The recurrence rate was 6.45%. Conclusion: 1.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema in patients with clinical treatment of damp heat type UC is significant. 2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema of TCM syndrome in patients with damp heat type UC is significant. 3.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema treatment can reduce the symptom scores of patients with UC. 4.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema treatment can significantly reduce the patients with damp heat syndrome of UC fecal occult blood 5.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema therapy can significantly reduce the patients with damp heat syndrome of UC ESR. 6.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with retention enema in the treatment of UC with high safety. 7.The recurrence rate was low.
