| Purpose: To investigate the clinical effect of Tonifying kidney method combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules treatment and Butylphthalide Soft Capsules treatment of vascular dementia.Method: In Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine university affiliated Ruikang hospital neurology clinic and ward from October 2014 to October2016 the light,collecting vascular dementia with cognitive dysfunction in patients with 78 cases,according to the proportion of 1:1:1 randomly assigned to treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group were 26 cases,26 cases and 26 cases.The group 1 was given Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combine with Bushenyizhi medicine and basic medical treatment,the group 2 was given Butylphthalide Soft Capsules as well as the basis of medical treatment,the control group was given only basic medical treatment,and the three groups were treated for a period of 90 days.Before treatment,the treatment group and the control group were both tested with the mini mental state examination scale(MMSE),the Kyohko Hasegawa Intelligence Scale(HDS),the daily living ability Rating Scale(ADL),event related potential(P300)and the score of TCM syndromes,after 3 months of treatment,the above scales were measured again.The collected data were collected and analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical analysis software,and the T was used to test the data,and the data were analyzed by X2 test.Results:(1)The study was Included in 78 cases without shedding and rejection cases,and they can both complete the clinical trials.(2)The MMSE,HDS and ADL scores were compared between the three groups before and after treatment,The results showed that the treatment group 1 improved the best when compared with the treatment group 2 and the control group(P<0.05)in the scores,the treatment group 2 was better than the control group in the MMSE,HDS and ADL scores,the control group had no effect(p?>0.05).(3)The three groups are in comparison after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect: the treatment group 1 was significantly improved in5 cases,improved in 15 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 76.92%;the treatment group 2 was significantly improved in 1 cases,improved in 5 cases,ineffective in 20 cases,the total effective rate was23.07%;In the control group,0 cases were markedly effective,improved in 4cases,ineffective in 22 cases,with a total effective rate of 15.38%;Combining with the data of Table 6 showed that the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of cognitive event related potentials before and after treatment in three groups: the amplitude and latency improvement of the treatment group 1 was higher than that of the treatment group 2 and control group after the treatment(P<0.05),the effect on the improvement of P300 in the treatment group 2 was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the control group had no effect.Conclusion:(1)Tonifying kidney method combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has certain clinical curative effect in improving cognitive function in patients with vascular dementia,and it's effect was better than Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.(2)The method of Bushenyizhi may be improve the TCM syndrome score of vascular dementia with renal insufficiency as well.(3)The process of tonifying kidney method combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of vascular dementia did not find obvious side effects,it is safe and effective,and it is worthy of further study. |
