| The cognitive function impairment in non dementia vascular(Vascular cognitive impairmentno- dementia, VCIND) is a word that appears in recent years in the study and treatment of vascular dementia. Treatment of vascular dementia is difficult for our future in the treatment of dementia from treatment for symptomatic stage directly up to the risk factors and prevention of the disease stage. Since 2012-2013 we have chosen 60 non vascular dementia patients in our hospital and treated them with Yishen Tongdu method and Huayu Tongluo therapy with traditional Chinese medicine, through long-termobservation,. We got their extreme complexes in the evaluation and diagnosis of the patients, and the effect is gratifying.Motherland medicine thinks this disease is deficient in origin and excess in superficialitysyndrome, disease in the heart, brain, kidney, and closely related to the viscera function. Kidney essence deficiency oriented, Phlegm Blood Stasis qi stagnation as solid. Vasculardementia is the non cognitive impairment of vascular injury in a variety of causes for the foundation, and is closely related to the "network" of traditional Chinese medicine. The Qing Dynasty physician Ye Tianshi early put forward "for the early stagnation of Qi in the classics,long the blood into collaterals", on the treatment of claims from the blood. Therefore, based on ourretrospective study, combined with the "long illness will stasis, long into the network" theory, under the guidance of related theory, we use the Yishen Tongdu method of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Huayu Tongluotreatment of this disease, in the long-term clinical practice, found that the law can play the role of Yishen Jiannao, Huayu Tongluo, Ning Anshen and make kidney essence enough, road access, phlegm and blood stasis removed. The brain can effectively improve memory, improve cognitive function, effective intervention to vascular dementia conversion. That got satisfied clinical effect. To create a new method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of vascular cognitive impairment in non demented. It has important significance.Yishen Tongdu method combined Huayu Tongluo Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment in non demented effect is remarkable. The method is simple,economical and practical, through the standard clinical research shows. Its efficiency is more than 80%, and has clinical value. It will receive good economic and social benefits.Objective: clinical study by "Yishen Tongdu method" joint Huayu Tongluo Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia by non cognitive impairment, combined with the theory of Chinese and Western medicine treatment. It provides a method of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and advantages for cognitive impairment vascular nondementia.Method: It will comply with 60 cases non dementia vascular cognitive impairment in patients with the inclusion criteria which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group oral donepezil treatment of 5mg QN. Treatment group was treated with Yishen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo therapy with traditional Chinese medicine, one dose daily, in the morning, afternoon, eveningrespectively clothes. The patients of two groups for vascular risk factors were givencorresponding treatment, but can not use other with vasodilator, regulating neurotransmitter and antipsychotic effects of Western medicine. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Mini mental state examination were observed before treatment, after treatment(MMSE) score and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA) score, and MMSE and Mo CA scores were compared before and after treatment.Results: The effective rate of treatment group 83%. Control group efficiency is 87%. The total efficiency of two groups has no significant difference statistically significant(P>0.05) Mini mental state examination volume of two groups after treatment(MMSE) score and the Montrealcognitive assessment scale(Mo CA) scores were compared with the group before treatment was obviously improved.(P>0.05); mini mental state examination content after treatment(MMSE) score and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(Mo CA) score which are compared with the control group have no significant difference. The difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yishen Tongdu acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo Chinese medicine treatment it can be used for the treatment of dementia early non dementia vascular cognitive impairment, which can improve the cognitive function in patients with non demented. It is an effective intervention method of vascular cognitive impairment. At the same time, the clinical curative effect of 2 kinds of treatment methods of non dementia vascular cognitive impairment is similar, and has no significant difference between the two. But for the western medicinecontrol group, the total effective rate was slightly higher than that of Yishen Tongduacupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo herbs group, but according to theindividual experience in clinical, I think Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and lesstoxic side effects of systemic symptoms is improved significantly, longer than the symptoms. Treatment of reactive power is better than western medicine, but medicine is simple in operation, longer than the symptoms, if the Chinese and Western medicine learn from each other, with each other, the curative effect is better. Yishen Tongdu acupuncture combined with clinical changes of Bushen Huayu Tongluo herbs and deeper mechanism will be further study. |
