Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Non Dementia Vascular Cognitive Impairment By Acupuncture Of Regulating Kidney And Tonifying Kidney And Combined With Oral Donepezil Hydrochloride

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluation of RMSK acupuncture combined with oral donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment no dementia,provide treatment is effective and safe for the treatment of this disease,so as to reduce the incidence of dementia.Methods The cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given routine treatment of Neurology according to the guideline of cerebrovascular disease.The treatment group was treated with the method of regulating kidney and tonifying kidney,acupuncture combined with oral Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets,5mg,and taking orally before going to bed.The control group was treated with Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets 5mg before going to bed,the course of treatment was 3 months,followed up 3 months after treatment.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),based on the ability of daily life(BADL)scale and the TCM syndrome and evaluate the efficacy of integration,through statistical analysis,the clinical curative effect in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment no dementia God kidney acupuncture combined with oral donepezil for adjusting observation.Results The study included 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria,but 9 patients were unable to complete the study for personal reasons,and 25 patients in the treatment group and 26 in the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the group of patients in two groups before treatment in age,course of disease,syndrome differentiation,education and other aspects of the form(p>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients in the basic balance,less likely to result by the above factors,two groups of patients before using the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),based on the ability of daily life(BADL)scale and TCM syndrome score score,the results showed that the two groups patients in the two scales and the scores of TCM syndrome score and the corresponding sub scale scores showed no significant difference(p>0.05),suggesting that the two groups of patients before treatment was consistent.After treatment,the MoCA,BADL scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved(p<0.05).However,after 3 months of stopping treatment,the treatment group was more stable compared with the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion RMSK acupuncture combined with oral donepezil hydrochloride can significantly improve the deficiency of kidney essence non cognitive function of patients with dementia and vascular cognitive impairment,in terms of improvement is better than single use of donepezil in patients with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,is the effective intervention method of non dementia vascular cognitive impairment,not only can improve the cognitive faster the function of life skills and improve patients,and with the prolongation of treatment time,the therapeutic effect is more significant,it is worthy of clinical application.
