Objective:1 Theoretical exploration and Application:Through this project research,further exploration of the Yao health care theory,and the effective method of health Yao traditional folk collection and verification,the Guangxi public health guidelines for the formation of the final.2 Clinical observation:Observation by Yao fire moxibustion therapeutic effect in the treatment of senile chronic fatigue syndrome.Hope that through this study can effectively evaluate the effect of health care by Yao fire moxibustion,provide support and guidance for future health promotion by Yao fire moxibustion.Methods:1 Theoretical exploration and Application:One is in the China hospital knowledge warehouse CHKD Journal Full-text Database,books and library related theory literature Yao health care.The two is Yao District visits,investigation,collection of folk customs,and the experience of health,Yao Yao,Yao an old old man.From the aspects of emotion,diet,environment,sports,etc..2 Clinical observation:This study collected 50 elderly patients with syndrome of chronic fatigue,were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group was treated by Yao fire moxibustion,the control group was treated with energy,vitamins and drugs regulating nerve tension.After 28 days of treatment,the changes of fatigue scale and fatigue rating scale were observed and analyzed by statistical methods.Results:1 Theoretical exploration and Application:The theory of Yao medicine health care is a summary of the long life practice of the Yao nationality.Due to the special geographical environment in which the Yao area gradually formed a special constitution of the Yao people,while they are in health care has a unique method and the matters needing attention,especially in emotion,diet,exercise,living environment and other aspects of a particular.These health care methods are following the principles of Yao medicine health care.2 Clinical observation:The Yao by fire moxibustion and Western medicine group after 28 days of follow-up rates were 90% and 70%,two groups of patients after treatment of fatigue scale and fatigue rating scale after analysis was statistically significant(P,<0.01)by Yao fire moxibustion treatment effect is superior to the western medicine group.Conclusion(s):1 Theoretical exploration and Application:Through the theoretical exploration and application of Yao medicine health care,this paper makes a further exploration and summary of the theoretical connotation of the Yao people's health care.Yao people in the health care has accumulated rich practical experience,sorting out and summarizing the method of health care for the broad masses of the people have referential significance.2 Clinical observation:The clinical results showed that the Yao by fire moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome curative treatment.No adverse events were observed during the clinical observation.It is a safe and effective therapy without side effects,and can be widely used in clinical health care.
