| Purpose: By setting the clinical randomized contrast observational experiment, studying allergic rhinitis lung deficiency’s treatment with clinical traditional Thunder-Fire moxibustion in the spleen and stomach’s theory, comparing with Zhao’s Thunder-Fire moxibustion therapy. In order to seeking a real and effective, simple and safe nonsurgical therapy and to getting the long-term curative effect,Thunder-Fire moxibustion treatment of allergic rhinitis could be widely applicated and promoted.Method: Selecting 60 patients who come to the Acupuncture and Moxibustion department or ENT department of the ChangChun University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2015 to October 2015.Single blind method was used to carry out the complete random grouping.Divided into two groups:the treatment group by the spleen and stomach’s theory of 30 cases;the control group by Zhao’s Thunder-Fire moxibustion therapy of 30 cases. Two groups were all treated with the method of Thunder-Fire moxibustion. After 3 therapeutic courses and three months follow-up,the two groups were observed and analyzed before and after the test.To do the statistical analysis of the relevant data, and get the results of the two groups.Result:1.The score of two groups before and after the treatment of allergic rhinitis showed that the effect of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved.2.The total effective rate of the two groups: treatment group 90%,control group 76.67%.After three months follow-up,treatment group 81.48%,control group 56.52%.And there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05)respectively.The treatment group had significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of allergic rhinitis, and the curative effect was betterthan that of the control group. Conclusion: For the Thunder-Fire moxibustion’s treatment of allergic rhinitis lung deficiency,Zhao’s Thunder-Fire moxibustion therapy and the therapeutic method by the spleen and stomach’s theory are all effective therapies. But the therapeutic method by the spleen and stomach’s theory is more obvious. |
