Objective The methods of literature research and expert group meeting were used to construct a scientific and feasible technical scheme of fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion based on the theory of syndrome differentiation along meridians,so as to provide reference for further clinical promotion and application.Taking the patients with vertigo of qi and blood deficiency as the research object, through the clinical randomized controlled trial, the clinical intervention effect of fire dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion based on meridian syndrome differentiation theory was discussed in order to provide clinical basis for popularization and application in the future. Methods use the literature research method to find and collect the literature and analyze to form a primary plan, and then invite experts in relevant fields to discuss, revise and form the final scheme of fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion technology.a total of 80 patients were screened according to the study standards.with the informed consent of patients and guardians, the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The vertigo DHI rating scale(Chinese version)and TCM symptom score were performed in both groups before the beginning of treatment, and the changes of peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs)of basilar artery(BA)and bilateral vertebral artery(VA)were recorded by transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD).The control group adopted the mode of routine nursing and drug treatment, while the experimental group adopted the treatment mode of fire dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion based on the theory of syndrome differentiation along meridians.7 days was a course of treatment, and the above tests and scores were performed on the same day after the end of the course of treatment. Results A total of 13 articles were included, the overall authority coefficient(Cr)of experts was 0.86,the coordination coefficient of expert opinion was 0.153,and the coefficient of variation(CV)fluctuated from 0.000 to 0.160.the technical scheme was based on the meridian syndrome differentiation theory of "where acupoints are located" and "meridian and qi",forming 3 first-level indexes,9 second-level indexes and 9 third-level indexes.A total of 84 cases were treated. There was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease, history of disease,DHI score of vertigo,TCM symptom score and TCD examination between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.5%,and that of the control group was 81.0%,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total DHI score and TCM symptom score of vertigo in the two groups were decreased compared with that before treatment, and the score decrease in the two groups of experimental group was better than that in the control group[(16.74±4.13)vs(22.42±5.34),p=0.025;(6.96±2.92)vs(9.48±3.61),p=0.001],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared before and after TCD test, the Vs of BA and VA of the two groups were increased after treatment, and the improvement of the experimental group was better than the control group[(41.38±2.7 1)vs(35.60±2.73),p=0.000;(32.36±3.1 5)vs(27.24±2.55),p=0.000;(54.78±7.12)vs(50.67±6.36),p=0.017],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety of the two groups after treatment was evaluated, and the results showed that there were no local and systemic adverse events in both groups. Conclusion The technical scheme of fire dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion for vertigo patients with qi and blood deficiency based on the theory of syndrome differentiation along meridians is scientific and credible,in line with clinical needs, and has good maneuverability. Both the experimental group and the control group have obvious clinical effect in this clinical study, and the curative effect of the experimental group is better.Compared with the control group, the experimental group can better alleviate the concomitant symptoms of vertigo patients with deficiency of qi and blood, accelerate the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery and improve cerebral blood circulation. The experimental group has no adverse reactions in the course of treatment, and has better safety. It can guide clinical nurses in the intervention of fire dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion in patients with vertigo due to deficiency of qi and blood, which is worthy of clinical application.
