The Efficacy Of Eight-headed Acupuncture Combined With Fire Dragon Medicine Moxibustion In Treating Insomnia Caused By Heart And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with Fire Dragon moxibustion in treatment of Insomnia of Heart-spleen Deficiency Type.Methods:The 60 cases with standard test test according to the principle of randomized divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, treatment group with Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with Fire Dragon moxibustion treatment, the control group with oral estazolam treatment,before bedtime.1 times a day,10 days for 1 courses,2 days interval, a total of 2 courses. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scale and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were evaluated before and after treatment respectively.One month after the end of treatment were followed up.Result:l.The amount of PSQI score, two groups of patients after treatment PSQI total score comparison, in improving the quality of sleep, improving daytime dysfunction, and in sleep time, sleep sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders and so on,significantly better than before treatment.And the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).3.Comparative month after the end of treatment, follow-up of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and clinical efficacy, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with Fire Dragon moxibustion therapy and oral estazolam treatment on improvement of heart and spleen deficiency type insomnia patients to sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction score aspects are effective.2.The Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with Fire Dragon moxibustion in treatment of insomnia of Heart-spleen Deficiency Type is considerable effect with.oral estazolam treatment.3.The Bagua scalp acupuncture combined with Fire Dragon moxibustion therapy for treating Heart-spleen Deficiency Type insomnia long-term curative effect is better than.oral estazolam treatment, worthy of clinical promotion.
