Objective:To investigate the expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in tubular adenoma of large intestine damp-heat syndrome and their relationship.Methods:Randomly selected from February 2019 to February 2020,the second session of the Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province and the ward of the electronic colonoscopy found that colorectal polyps and polypectomy,polyps were confirmed by pathology of large intestine tubular adenoma with IN patients in 80 cases,TCM syndromes were divided into 40 groups of study group(large intestine dampness syndrome group)and control group(spleen and stomach weak syndrome group),and 20 normal control groups(normal mucosa of large intestine)were established.The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in the above three groups were detected by immunohistochemistry and comparative analysis was performed to explore the correlation between them.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and gender between the three groups of large intestine dampness heat syndrome group,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome group and normal control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.The degree of IN in the large intestine dampness heat syndrome group and the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome group were compared.There was no significant difference in the degree of IN between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no significant difference in the expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 between age and sex(P>0.05);The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The negative expression rates of hMLH1 protein in the large intestine dampness syndrome group,spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome group and normal control group were 50%(20/40),35%(14/40),0%(0/20),respectively.The expression of hMLH1 in the syndrome group and the normal control group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The negative expression rate of the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen-stomach weakness group was similar,there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).4.The negative expression rates of hMSH2 protein in the large intestine damp-heat syndrome group,the spleen-stomach weakness group and the normal control group were37.5%(15/40),32.5%(13/40),0.00%(0/20),respectively.There were significant differences in the expression of hMSH2 between the two TCM syndrome groups and the normal control group(P < 0.05).However,the negative expression rate of the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen-stomach weakness group was similar,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).5.In the same colorectal tubular adenoma with LGIN,the negative expression rates of hMLH1 in the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen-stomach weakness group were 30.8%(8/26)and 34.4%(11/32),respectively.Statistical significance(P>0.05);in the same colorectal tubular adenoma with HGIN,the negative expression rate of hMLH1 in the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen and stomach weak syndromegroup were 85.7%(12/14)and 37.5%(3/8),respectively.The difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.In the same colorectal tubular adenoma with LGIN,the negative expression rate of hMSH2 in the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen-stomach weakness group were 21.3%(10/32)and 31.3%(6/26),respectively.Statistical significance(P>0.05);the same is the colorectal tubular adenoma with HGIN,the negative expression rate of hMSH2 in the large intestine dampness syndrome group and the spleen and stomach weak syndrome group were 64.3%(1/13)and 37.5%(9/14),the difference between the two was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.hMLH1 expression may be correlated with damp-heat syndrome of the large intestine in the coliform adenoma associated with HGIN.2.The high expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 negative rates may be related to the occurrence and malignant transformation of colorectal adenoma.
