Study On Effects Of IL-1β, IL-6 And SIgA On The Mice Model Of Traditional Medical Large Intestine Damp-heat Syndrome Treated With Granatum

Objective:To study the effects of Granatum on the mice large intestine damp-heat syndrome model in the side of inflammation and immune of intestinal tract.Methods:By means of using 40 clearing grade Kunming mouse were randomly divided into four groups.then animal model were created with a comprehensive method of fodders rich of sugar and fat circumstance of high wet and temperature,pouring escherichia coli into stomach, Granatum soup were used to treat wet heat syndrome model mouse.The contents of IL-1β,IL-6 and sIgA in blood serum were detected with radioimmunity. HE staining was used to observe large intestine's pathological changes. Results:All the manifestation of mouse after created are asimilar with the Chinese medical large intestine wet heat syndrome.Their contents of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and sIgA were notably higher than those of wet heat syndrome model group rats(P<0.05).Mucous membrane hyperemia,edema, bleeding,lymphoproliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration were seen by HE staining. Light microscope manifested that bowel inflammatory reaction relieved.Conclusion: (1)Fodder rich of sugar and fat,pouring rotavirus and colibacillus into stomach to make the large intestine wet heat syndrom model adopting totally-enclosed type hyperthernia granary first time,which can self-adjustment temperature and degree of wetness.(2)It certificates the model was large intestine wet heat syndrome model through the symptoms disappeared after the model rats treated by Granatum soup,the contents of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and sIgA resume normal, intestine tract inflammation relieved.
