Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect On Electroacupuncture With Sparse-Dense Wave For Idiopathic Facial Palsy During The Acute Phase And The Resting Stage

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acute phase and stationary phase sparse-dense wave in electroacupuncture treatment of idiopathic facial palsy,to provide an effective method for the clinical treatment of idiopathic facial palsy.Methods:This experimental study in patients with idiopathic facial palsy at acute stage as the research object,and then the 60 cases met the inclusion criteria of acute BP patients according to the sequence of admission, by finding the random number table were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group, treatment group, including 17 males,13 females, average age (40.08±14.01) years, mean disease duration (1.93±0.83) days; control group 16 cases of male patients,14 cases of female, average age (43.03±15.48) years, mean duration of (2.13±0.78) days.The treatment group were given basic treatment of neural department of internal medicine and acute phase treatment begins the sparse-dense wave electroacupuncture treatment,control group was given neural department of internal medicine therapy and traditional acupuncture treatment combined with resting stage begin sparse-dense wave electroacupuncture.The treatment group and the control group received continuous treatment of 4 courses,treatment for 6 days for 1 courses,rest between the 1 days of each course.Comparison of records H-B facial nerve grading score and BP autologous healthy side control score before and after treatment in two groups of patients,the clinical curative effect of two groups patients were observed and compared.Results:1. The treatment group and the control group of patients after treatment,H-B facial nerve grading comparison shows:before and after treatment in treatment group comparisons,with significant difference (P<0.01);control group comparison before and after treatment,with statistically significant difference (P<0.01);Integral comparison of symptoms and signs according to quantization table:There were significant differences in the treatment of the treatment group (P<0.01),the control group before and after the treatment, a significant difference (P<0.01).therapy after first course of treatment, compared with no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group;therapy after second,third,Fourth period of treatment there were significant differences,compared to treatment group and the control group (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group.2.The overall clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment:treatment group total effectiveness 96.7%,the comparison group total effectiveness is 86.7%,statistically significant difference (P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:The treatment group used the sparse-dense wave electroacupuncture treatment BP therapy started in the acute phase and the control group used the traditional acupuncture in the acute phase, resting stage began using the sparse-dense wave electroacupuncture treatment BP therapy,the levels of H-B facial nerve function and symptom signs can be improved, and the treatment group is better than the control group.The two groups of treatment methods both have clinical curative effect, and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.
