Comparative Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Electric Acupuncture With Dense Wave And Sparse Dense Wave In The Treatment Of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective: Based on the theory of "electric acupuncture analgesia,using two methods acusector dense wave and the dilatational wave therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia patients,by observing the comparison before and after treatment and the VAS pain score between the different groups,pain symptoms integral,SF-12 life quality the change of the integral,analyze and discuss the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture treatment of PTN different waveforms,provide new Suggestions and methods for treatment of PTN.Methods: Will PTN patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 dense wave group(20 cases)density wave group(20 cases),wave group to the ordinary acupuncture plus cupping guhya wave frequency of 70 hz(knob to 3,4 middle point)treatment,the density wave group to the ordinary acupuncture plus cupping the density wave,the frequency for those 0 hz(sparse wave and the wave frequency ratio of 1:5,adjust the dense wave knob to 3,4 middle point)treatment.Each time the acupuncture was retained for 30 minutes,the electroacupuncture was treated once,and the first two weeks were treated 5 times/week.After 2weeks of treatment 3 times/week,the next day once electroacupuncture;Continuous treatment for 4 weeks,a total of 16 treatments;Follow-up was conducted 4 weeks after treatment.The improvement of VAS score,pain symptom score and sf-12 quality of life score before and after treatment in the two groups was observed,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of the effect of pain symptom score: The pain of the two groups was significantly reduced after 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of treatment(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect increased with the extension of treatment time.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the change of painsymptom score of PTN patients(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of the efficacy of VAS score: After 2 weeks of treatment,4weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of treatment,the pain in both groups was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect increased with the extension of treatment time.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the change of pain symptom score of PTN patients(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of SF-12 quality of life scores: the quality of life of patients in the two groups was improved after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the dense wave group and the dense wave group(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up after the end of treatment,the dense wave group was superior to the dense wave group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture dense wave and dilated wave are effective in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,both of which can reduce the degree and symptoms of pain and improve the quality of life of patients.After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was comparable.After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up after the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy and overall recovery rate of the dense wave group was better than that of the dense wave group,and electroacupuncture dense wave group was a more effective treatment method for primary trigeminal neuralgia.
