Yeti Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Children’s "Heart-Heat Accumulation" Type By Gua Sha Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of the use of scraping therapy in the treatment of children’s "heart heat accumulation" type night cry,to explore the theoretical basis and specific methods of treating the disease by scraping therapy and traditional Chinese medicine;to provide new ideas for the treatment of children with chronic heat。Methods:In ths study,60 randomized controlled children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group Through the collection of Xiamen City Hospital of pediatric clinic.30 children in the experimental group were treated with scraping combined with Dao Chi San Jia Jian,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of Dao Chi San Jia Jian,Scraping part of the back of the foot to take the sun through the back part of the bladder,the Ministry of hand to take the towel Tianhe water points,First along the spine next to open 1.5-inch from the Da Zhui to the XiaoChangShu running part of the scratch test 20 to 30 times,scraping the direction from the top down to the skin flushing for the degree of elbow to take the towel Tianhe Shui,Liu Fu,Tianhe Shui for the Qu Chi to wrist stripes Swab 20 times,LiuFu for the elbow stripes to wrist stripes wiping the direction of 20 times,scraping degree depending on the ability of children may be determined,the intensity of soft to the skin flushing for the degree,scraping 1 week 2 times.Guided Dao Chi San water decoction,each time the amount of about 50ml of decoction,warm clothes,a daily dose,half an hour after dinner half an hour to take.14 days as a course of treatment.There were no cases of treatment in the course of treatment.Before and after treatment,Using the integral observation table,record the efficacy and symptoms of Chinese medicine and statistical treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,main symptom score,integral points,total symptom score of tongue,tongue and fingerprint.The experimental group and the control group of treatment methods can reduce the children’s night cry symptoms and TCM syndrome total points,that can play a therapeutic effect.(0.87 ± 0.507)in the control group,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement of crying(P<0.05).In addition,the effective rate(90%)in the experimental group was 100%higher than that in the control group(63.33%),the total score of TCM syndrome(70%),the comparison between the two The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Dao Chi San Jia Jian combined with scraping therapy for the treatment of pediatric heart heat accumulation of night cry effective,and better than oral administration of Dao Chi San Jia Jian,with clinical value.Scraping as a traditional means of traditional Chinese medicine,with green,safe,non-toxic side effects,it is worth the majority of pediatric workers to promote and apply.
