| Purpose:Combining the theory of hemo-vascular-pathy and heat pathogenesis,observe the clinical curative effect of heat and accumulation elimination method onheat-syndrome hypertension carotid atherosclerosis,and that further perfect thepathogenesis of the high blood pressure renying pulse,so as to provide theoretical basis onintervening the carotid atherosclerosis,and stroke prevention. Methods: Selected112patients with heat-syndrome hypertension carotid atherosclerosis,divided into two groups.Control group56cases,taking Amlodipine Besylate and (or) losartan potassiumtablets,aspirin and Atorvastatin;Research group56cases, on the basis of the control groupof western medicine plus prescription of heat and accumulation elimination,treatment for18weeks Uninterruptedly. Test before and after treatment the patients with carotid arteryIMT,plaque area,ultrasonic score,syndromes curative effect and blood flat. Results: Twogroups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome has improved,the research group wassignificantly better than control group（P＜0.05）. Two groups were significantly lowerblood pressure（P＜0.01）.The plaque area of the research group was significantly reduced（P＜0.01）while the control group also improved（P＜0.05）,without significantdifferences between groups. TC,TG,LP (α) of research group decreased significantly thanbefore (P <0.01)while LDL decreased (P <0.05) in general. TC,TG,LDL of control groupdecreased significantly than before (P <0.01)while LP（α）nullity. TC,LP (α) of researchgroup improved statistically better than control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Remedy ofheat and accumulation elimination method with foundation of western medicine can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,1ower blood pressure, reduce the plaque area,slow down or even reverse the carotid artery atherosclerotic process. |
