| [Objective]To observe the immediate antihypertensive effect of ear apex bloodletting therapy,to verify its curative effect and to explore its mechanism of action,to provide a simple and effective side-effect auxiliary Chinese medicine treatment for the treatment and nursing of hypertension of yin-But also to provide more evidence to support the traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the clinical promotion.[Methods]In this study,60 patients with primary yin-yang-yang hyperactivity were enrolled in the Geriatrics Department of Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital of Jiangsu Province from March 2015 to October 2016,using the randomized controlled principle of small sample size.Methods:The treatment group and control group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with ear tip bloodletting method,and the control group was treated with captopril tablets sublingually.The blood pressure changes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.[Results]Blood pressure of the auricular tip to interfere with yin-yang hyperactivity of the immediate effect of hypertension observed:?Comparison of the difference in intervention.[Conclusions]After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,and the improvement of blood pressure at 10min,30min and 60min after treatment was significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of blood pressure was the best at 60min,60min-120min,The experimental group of antihypertensive effect is not obvious,the control group is still antihypertensive effect.The two groups can improve TCM syndromes,but no significant difference(P>0.05). |
