Research On Effect And Mechanism Of Qingyizhuyu Decoction On Microcirculation Of Rats With Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism of Qingyizhuyu decoction on microcirculation of rats with acute pancreatitis.Methods : Fifty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group,model group,treatment group.Sham operation group only gently rub the pancreas and duodenum after laparotomy,Small incisions after 10 min.The preparation of the AP model of model group and treatment group with reference to AP modeling method introduced by Dansong Wang.The TNF-?,IL-6,serum amylyse(AMS),Prothrombin time(PT),D-dimer(D-D),platelets(PLT)in each group were examined at 8h after operation,Pancreatic histopathological changes were observed by HE staining.Result:1.Compared with the sham-operation group,The IL-6?TNF-??AMS?PT and D-D were higher in the model group and treatment group,but PLT was lower,Pathological injury serious,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Compared with the model group,the increased degree of IL-6?TNF-??AMS?PT and D-D level in treatment group,the reduced degree of PLT were relieved,Pathological injury were significantly decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).Conclusions:1.We successfully making the model for the rats with AP which have the serious disturbance of microcirculation.The factor for inflammation of the rats with AP,IL-6AND TNF-?,has dramatically increased,which shows that there is a vigorous inflammatory reaction with AP that might be associated with the disturbance of microcirculation when AP was activated.2.Qingyizhuyu decoction can effectively optimize the Coagulant function parameters of the rats with AP.Qingyizhuyu decoction has been able to control the explosive factor of the inflammation in the rats with AP,which slows down thecoagulation fibrinolysis system caused by the inflammatory mediator that causes Vicious Circle between the mutual reactions of coagulation and the inflammation might be one of the improved functions in the mechanism of AP disturbance of microcirculation.
