Clinical Observation Of Modified Dachengqi Decoction Effect On The Function Of Blood Coagulation In Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified modified Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its influence on the coagulation function of patients with SAP, to explore the possible mechanism of Da Cheng Decoction in the treatment of SAP gas, as Tongfu Xiere, treatment of traditional Chinese medicine compound for activating blood circulation and removing stasis in acute pancreatitis should be used to provide new ideas.Methods:Choose40cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients, using random number table, the patients were divided into A, B groups, each group of20people. The control group received fasting, continuous gastrointestinal decompression, acetanilide spasmolysis, nutritional support treatment, infection, prevention and treatment of acid inhibition, inhibition of pancreatic secretion and activity, to maintain effective circulating blood volume, electrolyte and acid-base balance treatment of Western medicine. The experimental group in the treated with modified Dachengqi Decoction nasogastric tube,100ml each time,3times a day,7days for a course of treatment. Observation of the patients at admission (zeroth days), after treatment (seventh days) of coagulation function (PT, APTT, INR, FIB, PLT) changes, blood and urine amylase and CTSI score in patients with abdominal pain remission, observe and record the condition and the first exhaust and defecate time. A comparative evaluation of the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:1Except the control group before and after experiment, no statistical difference of PT, the rest of the observation index of paired p<0.01test in T, suggesting that the two groups before and after treatment in patients with abdominal pain scores, CTSI scores were significantly decreased;2PLT of two groups increased significantly, the treatment group PT decreased, APTT, FIB in two groups decreased significantly, suggesting that the coagulation function were improved. There was a significant difference between APTT, PT, FIB between two groups after the experiment (p<0.01), the treatment group blood coagulation function recovery was better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Modified Dachengqi Decoction can improve the blood coagulation function in patients with acute severe pancreatitis, improve pancreatic microcirculation.2. Compared with the control group, modified Dachengqi Decoction can the degree of abdominal pain, severe acute pancreatitis patients reduce shorten the intestinal recovery time, have the role of adjuvant therapy for severe acute pancreatitis.
