Research On The Development Strategy Of Space Laser Hospital Under The Public Health System

With the further reform of government,the reform of public health service has entered a new stage.The hospitals which originally belong to scientific research units gradually go into the market,transforming into self-financing independent hospitals.In this case,space laser hospital is faced with the new competition environment after the transformation.The hospital's plan and future development strategy becomes the core element of the hospital development,including system transformation,development orientation,adjustment of the internal resources,integration of core medical technology and creation of competition advantages and improvement of service and management mode.The core issue in the hospital is to seek the opportunities and conditions for survival and development.Firstly,the paper mainly studies on how to improve the hospital's competitive capacity to improve the service quality in controlling the medical expenses,medical facilities,personnel,management and marketing under the condition that the society has higher requirement for the hospital's service level and quality and under the constraints of the national public health policy.Secondly,using the SWOT strategy analysis method,the paper analyzes the external environment of laser hospital's development,including the policy,economic and social development,development trend of medical industry,the medical needs of society,marketing environment and so on,among which to find out the opportunities and challenges for the development of hospital.And based on this,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the hospital to provide the basis for the detailed development strategy.Finally,using SWOT strategy,the paper studies on the core competitive capacity of laser hospital and works out hospital's future development strategy through comparing with other similar hospitals,combining the hospital resources to identify the key factor that constraints the development of hospital—the in-depth and detailed strategy that hospital is lack of,including the direction of future development,position,core technology,management mode and method.Therefore,this paper also analyzes the possible resistance the hospital may encounter in the process of implementing the new strategy and the strategic approach of implementation.
