Objective:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of refractory sudden deafness by acupuncture-drug combination based on Smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen. And discuss the influence factors on the effect of hearing of refractory sudden deafness hearing efficacy, such as course of disease and treatments ages hearing curve typeand accompanied symptoms. In order to confirm the advantage in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness, guide clinical treatment better by the theory of acupuncture-drug combination base on Smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen.Method:This study adopts randomized controlled experimental design method, According to the content of the sample is calculated, were randomly divided into three groups using uniformly distributed random numbers by using Java Software, According to the inclusion criteria, The subjects which is meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of sudden deafness, and the course of more than 2 weeks, or without routine treatment were randomly divided into experimental group:acupuncture+Traditional Chinese medicine group, the control group 1:acupuncture group, control group 2:Traditional Chinese medicine group. This study included 62 patients (2 of them shedding). We need complete the relevant CRF table to fill in and related checks in groups of 0 weeks,2 weeks,4 weeks, the subjects adverse reactions will also be recorded. The standard of curative effect of sudden deafness classification is the main evaluation standard. The data of the observed indicators was analyzed by SPSS22.0 software.Result:1.The clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of refractory sudden deafness by acupuncture-drug combination Based on Smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen. 1)The baselines of the three groups showed no statistical differences.2) The statistical analysis showed that:Acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group (25 ears),4 cured (ears), accounting for 16, markedly improvemen (3 ears), accounting for 12, effective 6 (ears), accounting for 24, invalid 12 (ears), accounting for 48, the total efficiency of 52;Acupuncture group (35 ears), lcured (ears), accounting for 2.86, markedly improvemen (3 ears), accounting for8.57, effective 5 (ears), accounting for 14.29, invalid 26 (ears), accounting for71.71, the total efficiency of 25.71;Traditional Chinese medicine group (23 ears),2 cured (ears), accounting for 8.6, markedly improvemen (3 ears), accounting for 13.04, effective 2 (ears), accounting for 8.7, invalid 12 (ears), accounting for 69.57, the total efficiency of 30.43. Comparison of the efficacy of the three groups after treatment:acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group (P<0.05); acupuncture plus and Traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05);acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine group (P<0.05); the difference wasstatistically significant of the three groups after treatment.3) The overall symptom score:acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group (P<0.05), acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine group(P<0.05), acupuncture andChinese medicine group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference. Before and after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4)The intervention of the three groups of hearing DB comparison, the difference was statistically significant, according to the X±S number.hearing DB is to a downward trend.5)There were no adverse events in the three groups during the treatment period.2.Correlation between the factor which is listening comprehension? course of disease?duration of treatment?insomnia symptoms wite hearing and hearing effect.1) Comparing the efficacy of each hearing pattern (P>0.05),the difference is no significant.2) Comparing the efficacy of each hearing level, mild and heavy-total deafness(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3) Comparing the efficacy of course of disease, (P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4)Comparing the efficacy of ear fullness or no (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant; Comparing the efficacy of insomnia or no(P>0.05),the difference is no significant; Comparing the efficacy of vertigo or no(P>0.05),the difference is no significant.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of acupuncture-drug combination base on smoothing the liver and regulating the spleen to treat refractory sudden deafness is abvious?2.Course of treatment/audiometric curve type/age are important factors of efficacy of hearing. The sensation of ear fullness can be the important factor of efficacy.3.The changes of the whole symptoms/VAS socres of hearing loss between the three groups are without statistical significance, and the course of treatment can be regarded as the main influence factor of related symptoms.
