Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture Medication Combinedtreated Sudden Deafness

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture medication combined treated Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type of sudden deafness, for determine its therapeutic advantages and further practice to provide reliable clinical basis.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016 at the First Affiliated Hospital doctor Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine ENT clinic, met the inclusion criteria of 68 cases of sudden patients (68 ears), in accordance with the the order of the group is divided into a treatment group and the control group* the treatment group of 34 patients (34ears) in the control group of 34 patients(34ears). The control group treatment for Kay 2ml+0.9% Nacl 10ml bolus once a day;Jinnaduo 20ml+5%dextrose 250ml infusion once a day; vitamin B1100mg+vitamin B12500ug intramuscular injection once a day. Treatment groups were observed in the control group, based on the above on the use of Acupuncture, once day.7 days for a course of treatment after the two courses, and record the results were statistically analyzed.Results:The electron audiometry results showed that the hearing threshold of two groups are decreased after the treatment, The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the treatment group total effective rate is 90.63% and the control group total effective rate is 78.79%.The total efficiency in treatment group is better than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:This research proves:1, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture medication combined treatment of sudden deafness (Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis type) are significant.2, the efficacy of acupuncture medication combined treatment of sudden deafness significantly better than simple medication therapy.3, there showed some correlation between the efficacy of acupuncture medication combined treatment of sudden deafness and the age of onset.4, there showed some correlation between the efficacy of acupuncture medication combined treatment of sudden deafness and the extent of hearing loss before treatment.
