Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Bloodletting In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Caused By Liver Fire

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting in the treatment of sudden deafness caused by liver fire disturbance,so as to provide clinical basis for the clinical promotion of acupuncture combined with bloodletting in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 60 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.There were 0 cases of abscission,60 cases of effective diseases,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with western medicine plus acupuncture and bleeding,while the control group was only treated with western medicine.Acupuncture and bloodletting treatment were once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,2 courses of intermediate rest for 1 day.The evaluation indexes of curative effect are the threshold value of patients’ ears and ears,the effective time,and the quantitative score of TCM symptoms.The evaluation is carried out before and after the treatment,and the data are statistically analyzed.Results1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the threshold value of ear and the score of TCM symptom grading before treatment(P > 0.05).2.There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).3.There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The experimental group and the control group have a certain effect on the treatment of sudden deafness caused by liver fire disturbance.Both of them can effectively improve the hearing of the patients and reduce the threshold value of the patients.2.Compared with the control group,the effect of the experimental group is better,and the total effective rate and the total apparent efficiency are higher than the control group.3.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had earlier onset time and more obvious improvement of TCM symptoms and signs.In conclusion,acupuncture combined with bloodletting has better clinical effect and safety in the treatment of sudden deafness caused by liver fire disturbance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
