Study On The Effect Of Hemorheology In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness By Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective:Observation of acupuncture combined with sudden deafness patient outcomes, changes in blood rheology of patients before and after treatment.Method:Intends to comply with the inclusion criteria,40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients in each. Acupuncture treatment of sudden deafness main point (Germain, listen to house, hearing, gu)+â…£+oral medicine decoction treatment group method, acupuncture treatment (a single needle hole)+â…£+oral medicine decoction,control set of methods, acupuncture treatment (a multi-pin hole group, listen only to house, hearing a multi-needle hole, I point with the treatment group)+â…£+oral medicine decoction. Treatment period of two weeks, respectively, before treatment, changes in recording changes in two weeks during the treatment of two groups of patients before and after the hearing and blood rheology, the record complete data and the data were statistically analyzed results results.Result:Because the number of participants does not meet the test requirements, it is only the actual statistics of the number of subjects as a reference. Statistical analysis (1) 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was 23.50%, the control group was 21.32%, no significant difference between the two groups, (P> 0.05). (2) after 2 weeks of treatment in patients with blood groups rheological changes were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). it shows that acupuncture combined with sudden deafness can improve blood rheology.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined to improve hearing in patients with sudden hearing loss have a certain effect, this experiment treatment group and the control group of patients with sudden deafness hearing and hemorrheology no significant difference (P> 0.05).
