| Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis patients with yin deficiency of lung and stomach,and to provide a new idea of combined treatment of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and to preliminarily study the theoretical mechanism of the combined treatment,and to explore a more advantageous treatment scheme in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods: In this study,72 cases of chronic pharyngitis with yin deficiency of lung and stomach were collected from the otolaryngology outpatient department of Yunnan Traditional Chinese medicine hospital.They were divided into two groups by double blind method according to the principle of random distribution,36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with internal administration of Sashenmaidong decoction combined with Baijiezisan Acupoint application,while the control group was treated with internal administration of Sashenmaidong decoction combined with Placebo application.After the diagnosis of self department outpatient service,the drug was used for 14 consecutive days(7 days as a course of treatment,two courses in total).Before the treatment,one week after the treatment,and two weeks after the treatment,the self-conscious symptoms(including main symptoms,secondary symptoms),and the scores of pharyngeal body signs of the two groups were recorded.Finally,the scores before and after the treatment were statistically analyzed To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Acupoint application on patients with chronic pharyngitis and observe the safety of Acupoint application.Result1.In this clinical efficacy observation test,72 patients were included in the standard,36 in the test group,3 in the treatment process,33 in total to complete the study;36 in the control group,2 in the treatment process,1 in total,33 in total to complete the study.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the general data(including gender,age,course of disease,history)and the main symptoms,physical signs,and secondary symptom scores before treatment,after the relevant statistical analysis,P > 0.05,with comparability.3.After one week and two weeks of treatment,the main symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and their mean scores were significantly decreased,with significant difference,P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups can alleviate the main symptom;after two weeks of treatment,the main symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared,with significant difference,P < 0.05,indicating that the experimental group had the main symptom(foreign body in pharynx The improvement of sensation,pharyngeal dryness,pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal burning sensation,pharyngeal pain)was better than that of the control group.4.After one week of treatment and two weeks of treatment,the scores of physical signs in the two groups were significantly improved,and their mean scores were significantly decreased,with a significant difference,P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups can alleviate their physical signs;after two weeks of treatment,the scores of physical signs in the two groups were compared,with a significant difference,P < 0.05,indicating that the test group had signs(pharyngeal mucosa)The improvement of congestion,swelling and hyperplasia of lymph follicles in the posterior pharyngeal wall was better than that in the control group.5.After one week and two weeks of treatment,the scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups were significantly improved,and their mean scores were significantly decreased,with a significant difference,P < 0.05,indicating that both groups can alleviate the secondary symptoms;after two weeks of treatment,the scores of secondary symptoms in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant,P > 0.05,indicating that the test group and the control group had no significant difference There was no significant difference in the improvement of secondary symptoms(heartburn and dry stool).6.After one week of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 72.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 51.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P< 0.05,suggesting that the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.7.After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P < 0.05,suggesting that the effect of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.In this clinical efficacy observation test,both schemes have therapeutic effect,and no adverse events occur.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.It is suggested that the combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.2.The experimental group can significantly improve the five main symptoms of pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal trunk,pharyngeal itch,pharyngeal burning sensation,pharyngeal pain,and two physical signs of mucosal hyperemia and swelling,and lymphofollicular hyperplasia of the posterior pharyngeal wall,suggesting that the combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis has good clinical application value and is worth promoting.3.Acupoint application is simple in operation,low in price,high in safety in clinical application,and has the advantages of dual therapeutic effect.It is favored by patients and worthy of further promotion. |
