The Curative Effect Observation Of Acupoint Application With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Chronic Pharyngitis Of The Type Of Spleen And Stomach Insufficiency

Objective To explore the effective method of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,through observing the clinical curative effect of the acupoint application combinded with traditional chinese medicine on chronic pharyngitis of the type of spleen and stomach insufficiency,making an evaluation of its effectiveness and security,analysing its mechanism generally.Methods The study was carried out into three steps:1.According to the recognized standard at present,we developed the diagnostic standard,the dialectical typing standard,the inclusion standard,the exclusion standard,the removed and falling standards,the observation indext,the mark standard and the appraisal standard.2.70 patients,the type of spleen and stomach insufficiency of chronic pharyngitis,were divided into two groups at random.The test group was given acupoint application combined with the Zinijianpiliyantang while the control group only the Zinijianpiliyantang,both groups were given treatment for 28 days.During the therapeutic period,we observed and recorded the changes of all the patients'symptoms,signs and adverse reactions.3.We collected all the data,then settled down statistieally and analyzed in the third stage.Results After counted with statistics,the clinical observations show that both groups are effective.The total effective rate is 86.67%in test group and 81.25%in control group.Two groups in total curative effect after treatment show no significant difference(P>0.05),but the test group is better than the control group on the improvement of pharyngeal foreign body sensation and cough(P<0.05).There are no obvious adverse events in the treatment for two group patients.Conclusion The results of this study show that using acupoint application withChinese herbal medicine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis of the type of spleen and stomach insufficiency makes good effect.It is more effective than the group of only using Chinese traditional medicine in the improvement of pharyngeal paraesthesia and cough.The combination of Chinese internal and external therapy in treatment of chronic pharyngitis,is worthy of clinical promotion and further research and development.
