Objective:Autism is a mental disorder caused by early childhood mental retardation. Autism is a kind of typical symptoms, which is the social intercourse obstacle, speech development obstacle and language communication ability obstacle, a serious and widespread developmental disorder with stereotyped behavior. In recent years, it is found that the trend of the increasing incidence of autism in China is very obvious, and it is the primary cause of mental disability in children. Children with autism is a vulnerable group with a large number and special characteristics, which need the help of the society. So far, the world has not formed a system, which is a clear theoretical basis for the overall development of children with autism have reached the ideal effect of rehabilitation methods, the factors affecting the rehabilitation effect of the rehabilitation training for children with autism analysis can provide a theoretical basis for early intervention of children with autism rehabilitation, the treatment method is more perfect system, make the greatest improvement in children with autism. Age, gender, culture degree of caregivers, family economic status, the degree of understanding of the disease of caregivers, parents rehabilitation confidence, whether parents accept autism related knowledge training, whether parents participate in rehabilitation training, severity, mechanism of rehabilitation training, children with training and rehabilitation training institutions training outside all may be the influencing factors of rehabilitation. In order to understand the effect of rehabilitation training for children with autism and the effect of some factors, this study collected the data of rehabilitation of children with autism. Through the analysis of factors influencing the effect of rehabilitation for children with autism, and discusses how to improve the curative effect of rehabilitation of children with autism, to promote the development of China's cause of autism rehabilitation, the vulnerable groups of children to return home, return to society. Method:There are 141 cases in this study who come from a rehabilitation center for children's hospital rehabilitation department from January 2014 to December 2015, training time for a school year, Between the ages of one to nine years old,Children without cerebral palsy, myopia, amblyopia, epilepsy,organic hearing disorders and other diseases,male 95 cases, female 46 cases. By hospitals at the level of Grade III or above or specialist hospitals with autism diagnosis qualification of the doctor based on the CARS scale for diagnosis, the children with autism rehabilitation therapy by applied behavior analysis, behavior management, South Korea LPDAC twelve phase of training, Montessori teaching method, music therapy, cognitive training and speech training, multi sensory integrative training and sports training methods, structured teaching, interpersonal therapy, emotional rehabilitation training methods. Children with autism were evaluated by the CDPF editor autism child development assessment, Sensory perception, gross motor, fine motor, language and communication, cognitive, social interaction and life self-care which seven areas of the scoring system for “no guidance or help to complete the self is through(P)", "Complete as an intermediate response(E) under guidance, help, or suggestion", "Not through(F)" 3 levels. In the field of emotional and behavioral evaluation of the principle of clinical judgment, the score is divided into(A), mild(M), severe(S) 3 levels. Each field of assessment, the number of items recorded for P(through)(as a special case, assessment of emotion and behavior, to A(no abnormal behavior) and M(mild abnormal behavior) and the number of projects as P(through). Using Excel to establish a database, two people at the same time input data, using SPSS16.0 statistical software for data analysis, a statistical description of the sample data using a Inter Quartile Range(median).The two groups of non- normal data were compared by using the rank sum test of two independent samples; the multiple sets of non- normal data were compared with the rank sum test of multiple independent samples. P<0.05 difference was statistically significant. Result:1. The autistic children who in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior were higher than that before the training score, there were significant differences(P < 0.05), that autistic children after rehabilitation training In the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior were significantly improved.2. In the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, there were significant differences in the scores of children with autism before and after training.(P < 0.001), but there were no significant differences in terms of cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior(P > 0.05).In the fine movement, there were significant differences between in the scores of the children who in the town and country before and after the training(P < 0.009), on the other hand, there was no statistical significant(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, there were significant differences in patients normal diet or not before and after training,(P=0.040), In the aspect of life self-care, there were significant differences in patients normal diet or not before and after training,(P=0.042), on the other hand, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, there were significant differences in different condition of autism children in the score of before and after training(P < 0.001); In the aspect of gross motor, there were significant differences in different condition of autism children in the score of before and after training(P=0.001); In the aspect of cognitive behavior, there were significant differences in the scores of children with autism before and after training(P < 0.001); In terms of self-care ability, there were significant differences in the scores of children with autism before and after training in different conditions(P < 0.001); In social behavior, there were significant differences in the scores of children with autism spectrum disorder(P=0.025) before and after training; However, there were no significant differences in the fine motor, language communication, emotion and behavior(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, there were significant differences in different caregivers of autistic children in score of before and after training(P=0.035); In the cognitive function, there were significant differences in different caregivers of autistic children in score of before and after training(P=0.034), there were significant differences in the emotional behavior, and different caregivers of autistic childrent in score of before and after training(P=0.029), and in the gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, social function, life self-care, there were no significant differences in the different company people(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, accompanying people of different culture level, there were significant differences in the score of before and after training who children with autism(P < 0.001); In the gross motor, accompanying people of different culture level, there were significant differences in the score of before and after training(P=0.004); In the cognitive function, accompanying people of different culture level, there were significant differences in the score of before and after training(P=0.010); In life self-care, accompanying people of different culture level, there were statistical different in the score of before and after training(P=0.013). In fine motor, language and communication, social behavior and emotional and behavioral aspects, accompanying people of different culture level, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, the parents received autism related training or not, there were significant differences in the score of before and after training(P < 0.001); In the gross motor, the parents received autism related training or not, there were significant differences in the score of before and after training(P < 0.001), on the other hand, the parents received autism related training or not, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05).3. In the different age,there were no significant differences in before and after rehabilitation in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior(P > 0.05)In different ethnic groups, there were no significant differences in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior before and after rehabilitation(P > 0.05).Whether only child in the family, there were no significant differences in before and after rehabilitation in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior(P > 0.05).The quality of sleep in before and after rehabilitation, there were no significant differences in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior(P > 0.05).Training costs accounted for the proportion of household income in before and after rehabilitation, there were no statistical different, in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior(P > 0.05).In the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior, whether the family is aware of the condition of the children there were no statistical different in before and after rehabilitation(P > 0.05). Conclusion:1. After rehabilitation training, in the aspect of perception, gross motor and fine motor, language and communication, cognitive function, social function, life self-care and emotional behavior, the rehabilitation effect has been improved.2. Gender, urban and rural, diet, patient's condition and severity, different people accompany, the culture degree of accompany people, whether parents receive training are factors influencing the rehabilitation of children with autism.3. Age and ethnicity, whether only one, quality of sleep, training costs accounted for the proportion of household income, whether the family knows about the condition of children do not affect the effect of rehabilitation of children with autism.
