Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of structured education combined with sports games on children with autism spectrum disorders,and to provide an effective method for the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorders.Methods:Methods 60 children with autism spectrum disorder were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group,each group had 30 people.The experimental group was treated with the combination of structured education and sports games.To check the autism behavior of two groups of children with autism spectrum disorders scale(ABC)and autism treatment evaluation scale(ATEC)and "psychology of children with autism and related developmental disabilities education assessment scale(Chinese Revised Edition)"(C-PEP)scores were compared.Results:After 9 months of structured education combined with the sports games after the training,the experimental group of children with autism spectrum disorders in the ABC scale feeling ability,self-care ability,communication ability,athletic ability,language ability scores and total scores were lower than those before the experiment and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);score and the total scores of the experimental group of children with autism spectrum disorders of language,in the ATEC scale,social perception and behavior ability were lower than those before the experiment,the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the total score of the experimental group of children with autism spectrum disorders in the C-PEP scale,imitation perception,fine motor,rough action,hand eye coordination,cognitive performance and cognitive abilities of oral were lower than before the experiment,the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.structured education combined with sports game training can promote children with autism spectrum disorders to increase the number of verbal expressions,and improve the ability of language understanding.2.After the combination of structured education and sports games,children with autism spectrum disorder increased the number of eye contact with others,as well as the awareness of cooperation.3.structured education combined with sports game training can improve the children's autism spectrum disorders and reduce the incidence of abnormal behavior.4.structured education combined with exercise training can enhance the game sports ability in children with autism spectrum disorders,such as balancing ability and muscle strength,for the children to better adapt to the society to provide health guarantee.5.for the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorder is a long and complex process,the parents of the children and their caregivers required to maintain confidence and patience,the ability to improve and help children to better integrate into society.
