Children With Autism Rehabilitation Facility External Environment Landscape Planning And Management Countermeasures

Children with autism are a group that urgently needs social attention.In recent years,the incidence of autistic children in China has increased significantly.Studies have shown that the majority of autistic patients can be improved by timely and effective education,training and help.At present,a large number of children with autism are sent to rehabilitation institutions for treatment.However,due to the late start of autism rehabilitation in China,the experience is insufficient,and most of them are private,the level of institutional development is uneven,and internal management is chaotic.Therefore,it is imperative to actively explore and summarize the development dilemma of autism rehabilitation institutions and propose feasible suggestions for institutions to strengthen their own capacity building.This paper selects the Wuhan Wanted Rehabilitation Training Center as the research object,and uses the identity of the volunteer to go deep into the daily operation activities of the organization,summarizing the problems of the organization from the external landscape to the internal management.Through analysis,combined with the pathological characteristics of autistic children and the development status of institutions,the corresponding reference suggestions are given.Finally,the real case was selected for planning and transformation,hoping to provide a useful reference for autism rehabilitation institutions and related special population rehabilitation institutions.This article is divided into three sections to discuss:The first section,the background of the era.It mainly introduces the basic situation of autistic people and rehabilitation institutions.From the literatures of domestic and foreign research,we can learn the research results and progress of autism and rehabilitation institutions by scholars from different countries in different time periods.The exterior landscape and internal management are presented in two parts.The second section asks questions.The author selected three representative rehabilitation institutions in Wuhan(Wuhan Want to Fly Rehabilitation Training Center,Wuhan Qihui Special Children's Education Rehabilitation Center,Wuhan Linjie Children's Rehabilitation Center)to conduct on-the-spot investigation and analysis,mainly from the organization's Identify deficiencies in external landscapes and internal management.The external landscape is analyzed from the perspective of site size,terrain,facilities,plants,and pavement;the internal management strategy is analyzed from the perspectives of organizational organization,institutional services,institutions,and external environment.The third section solves the problem.In response to the unreasonableness of the second section,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the external landscape and internal management of the organization.The external landscape was shaved from the perspective of site scale,terrain,facilities,plants and pavement.Countermeasures;internal management strategies propose corresponding solutions from the perspectives of organizational organization,institutional services,institutions and external environment.To help improve the internal and externalmechanisms of the institution,and to carry out an example transformation and application of Wuhan Wanted Flying Rehabilitation Training Center.
