Clinical Study On Scrapping, Moxibustion And Acupuncture Therapy For Acne Of Yin-Deficiency Body Constitution

ObjectiveObserve the differences of effect between treatment group(scrapping, moxibustion and acupuncture therapy) and control group(scrapping and acupuncture therapy), providing a scientific reference for treatment of the acne of Yin-Deficiency Body Constitution.Research MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria, collect70subjects from acupuncture clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and divide them into treatment group and control group randomly. Give subjects in treatment group therapies of scrapping, moxibustion and acupuncture therapy, and scrapping and acupuncture for control group, both for2weeks. The points of acupuncture treatment for both groups are:BL12, BL13.BL23, SP6,KI3, LI11.LI4, ST44. Observe the differences of acne lesions integral and constitution integration before and after acupuncture therapy. Analyze the data with SPSS17.0.ResultsAccording to the exclusion criteria,4cases were excluded from70subjects. There are33patients in treatment group and33patients in control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was84.85%, while72.73%of control group. By analysis of statistics, treatment group is superior to control group in overall effects (P>0.05).The constitution improvement of both group before and after treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05). But the constitution improvement of treatment group is superior to control group’s. The improvement of facial skin lesions in both group before and after treatment had a significant difference (P<0.05). But the improvement of facial skin lesions of treatment group is superior to control group’s.ConclusionThe treatments of both group worked well in the treatment of acne. But treatment group is superior to control group in overall effects.The constitution improvement of both group before and after treatment had a significant difference. But the improvement of facial skin lesions of treatment group is superior to control group’s. The therapy in treatment group had accurate effect in the treatment of acne. It is simple and easy to master. It is worthy of popularization and application.
