Clinical Study Of Duhuojisheng Decoction Combined With Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Duhuojisheng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and effect on serum immunoglobulin in patients with IgG and IgM, and to explore the relationship between the immune function and regulation.Methods 90 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into Duhuojisheng decoction combined with acupuncture group (Chinese medicine and acupuncture group) 30 cases,30 cases in the acupuncture group, Duhuojisheng Decoction group (Chinese medicine group) 30 cases. VAS evaluation before and after treatment respectively (visual analogue scale). JOA score table. At the same time, the content of serum immunoglobulin in patients with IgG and IgM were detected before and after treatment, through self control and the control group, statistical analysis of the results.Results after the treatment, Chinese medicine and acupuncture group, acupuncture group. Chinese medicine group VAS scores were significantly reduced compared with before treatment (P<0.01); and JOA scores were significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.01). Chinese medicine and acupuncture group VAS and JOA score better than the acupuncture groupn Chinese medicine group (P<0.01). serum immunoglobulin IgG, IgM were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.01). The content of IgG in Chinese medicine and acupuncture group, acupuncture group, Chinese medicine group was statistically significant (P<0.05). effective rate of 93.3% in the chinese medicine and acupuncture group, the effective rate of acupuncture group was 70%, the effective rate of 73.3% in the Chinese medicine group. Chinese medicine and acupuncture group was better than the acupuncture group?Chinese medicine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuojisheng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation with obvious curative effect, and can decreased the serum immunoglobulin IgG?IgM index, suggesting that it can regulate the immune function disorder.
