Objective To investigate the clinical results of the Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with Ozone in the low back pain by osteoporosis through the observe of clinical research. Point of results by observe the physical function score, VAS score and the content ?-CTX, T-PINP, N-MID,25OHD in serum. Observed the control effect of Yishen Jiangu decoction with Ozone treatment low back pain by osteoporosis.Methods Choose the inclusion criteria of 90 cases of Pishen Yangxu primary osteoporosis in patients with low back pain. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group A, control group B (n=30). Treatment group:Yishen Jiangu decoction treatment once a day for three months; Select T12-L3 bilateral facet joint pain area clear 4-point injection at a concentration of 20?.g/ml of ozone,1 times/week,1 month/period of treatment; Alendronate sodium tablets 70mg/week+ dimensional D calcium carbonate tablets 600mg/day+calcitriol capsules 0.5?g/day as a foundation treatment, treatment for three months. Control group A used foundation treatment for three months with adjuvant treatment of ozone for one months. Control group B used foundation treatment for three months. Compared with the efficacy of the three groups of patients. Compared with pre-treatment and treatment of 1,2,3 months after the patient's physical function score, VAS score and the content ?-CTX, T-PINP, N-MID,25OHD in serum.Statistics of the adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Results 1. The different of three groups of patients age, sex, duration, VAS score, physical function score,25OHD, ?-CTX, T-PINP and N-MID were not statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).2. The comparison of efficient:the treatment group compared with control group A and B difference was statistically significan (P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups (P>0.05).3. The different of three groups of patients VAS score and physical function score Conclusion were statistically significan after treatment for three months(P<0.05); The comparison of two scores after treatment for one month:the treatment group compared with the control group A difference was not statistically significan(P>0.05), the treatment group compared with the control group B difference was statistically significan(P<0.05), There were significant differences between the two control groups(P<0.05); The comparison of two scores after treatment for two months:the treatment group compared with the control group A difference was not statistically significan(P>0.05, the treatment group compared with the control group B difference was statistically significan(P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups(.P>0.05); The comparison of two scores after treatment for three months:the treatment group compared with the control group A difference was statistically significan (P<0.05), the treatment group compared with the control group B difference was statistically significan (.P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups (P>0.05).4. Compared with before treatment, the levels of P-CTX, T-P1NP and N-MID in serum were significantly decreased in the three groups (P<0.05). Treatment for one, two months, the levels of P-CTX and T-P1NP in serum had no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05), Treatment for three months, the levels of ?-CTX and T-P1NP in the treatment group were significantly decreased in the two control groups (P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups (,P>0.05). Treatment for one month, the level of N-MID in serum had no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05), Treatment for two, three months, the level of N-MID in the treatment group was significantly decreased in the two control groups (P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups (P>0.05).5. Compared with before treatment, the level of 25OHD in serum was significantly increased in the three groups (P<0.05). Treatment for one month, the level of 25OHD in serum had no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05), Treatment for two, three months, the level of 25OHD in the treatment group was significantly increased in the two control groups (P<0.05), No significant difference between the two control groups (P>0.05).6. Adverse reactions:there were one patient with palpitation chest tightness and one patient with nausea in the treatment group; there were two patients with nausea in the control group A; there was one patient with sweat out, chest tightness in the control group B.Conclusion Yishen Jiangu decoction combined with Ozone can improve the clinical curative effect of osteoporosis in patients with low back pain, This mechanism may be through adjust the rate of bone turnover, inhibiting the bone resorption function of osteoclasts, promoting the bone formation function of osteoblasts. There is no obvious poisonous side effect in the treatment process, and it is worthy of clinical application.
