Clinical Observation Of Bushen Jiangu Decoction On The Treatment Of Giop Liver And Kidney Deficiency In Patients With Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Jiangu Decoction on glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis with deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of seminal blood in patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods: Sixty patients who met the requirements were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Bushen Jiangu decoction while the patients in the control group were given Zhenmu kidney bone capsules on the basis of western medicine with a treatment course of 24 weeks.Biochemical indicators such as blood calcium,alkaline phosphatase,parathyroid hormone,serum albumin,24-hour urine protein quantitation and lumbar vertebrae(L2-4)and femoral neck bone mineral density,TCM syndrome scores,TCM syndrome total scores and clinical efficacy before the treatment,in the 12 th week and 24 th week of the treatment were observed and statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results: 1.Compared with pre-treatment,the blood Ca,blood P,ALP,PTH,24-hupq and ALB levels of the two groups of patients were improved in the12 th week and 24 th week of the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with pre-treatment,the lumbar vertebrae(L2-4)and femoral neck BMD of the two groups were improved in the 12 th week and24 th week of the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with pre-treatment,the scores of TCM main symptoms and TCM syndromes of the two groups were all decreased to different extents in the 12 th week and 24 th week of the treatment(P<0.05).In the 24 th week of the treatment,the effective rates of GIOP in the two groups were 79.31% and 55.17% respectively.The effective rates of TCM syndrome efficacy in the two groups were 86.21% and 65.52%respectively.The effective rates of the comprehensive curative effect of thetwo groups were 86.21% and 68.97% respectively,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Bushen Jiangu Decoction can improve bone metabolism index and 24 h urine protein and serum albumin levels in the patients with GIOP in nephrotic syndrome.2 Bushen Jiangu Decoction can improve the lumbar spine(L2-4)and femoral neck bone density of the patients with GIOP in nephrotic syndrome.3 Bushen Jiangu Decoction can improve the TCM clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with GIOP in nephrotic syndrome and improve their quality of life,and without any obvious adverse reactions.
