Clinical Study Of Of Jiangu Decoction On Brittle Hip Fractures After Surgery

ObjectiveThe study will discuss the effect of Jiangu decoction on postoperative pain,hip function and BMD of brittle hip fractures after surgery,to provide reference for the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods80 patients with hip fragility fractur after operation,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into treatment group and control group.Those patients in the control group were treated with Salmon Calcitonin Nasal Spray and Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 Chewabie Tablets(?),while those in the study group were treated with Salmon Calcitonin Nasal Spray and Jian-gu soup for three months.The results were evaluated according to Hip function score of Harris,VAS,the bone density effect and TCM syndrome score.Results1.After 3 months of treatment,the scores of VAS in the two groups improved to varying degrees.The above-mentioned scores in the treatment group improved more significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01),The difference values of the the scores of VAS between the two groups before and after treatment have significantly differences(P<0.01).2.Hip function assessment of treatment group and control group have risen after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Thedifference values of the hip function assessment between the two groups before and after treatment have significantly differences(P<0.01).3.After 3 months of treatment,the BMD values and T values in the two groups improved to varying degrees(P<0.01).There are no statistical significance in the BMD values and T values after treatment between two groups and(P>0.05).The difference values of the BMD between the two groups before and after treatment have significantly differences.4.After 3 months of treatment,TCM syndrome score of treatment group and control group have significantly decreased(P<0.01).The difference between treatment group and control group was significant(P<0.01).The difference values of the TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment have significantly differences(P<0.01).5.There are 8 patients were controlled,20 patients were effective,9 patients were excellent effective,3 patients were ineffective in treatment group and there are 3 patients were controlled,7 patients were effective,21 patients were excellent effective,9 patients were ineffective in control group.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).But There are no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionJian-gu soup could Improve hip function of the patients of Hip Fragility fracture after operation,and it could prevent the decrease of bone mineral density,inhibit bone resorption and prevent and treat osteoporosis,It should be extended in clinic.
