Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture intervention in different time for nausea and vomiting induced by induced by lung cancer, providing research base for clinical application in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting induced by lung cancer chemotherapy.Method 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria of lung cancer were randomly divided into 3 groups as the First treatment group the Second treatment and control group(n=40).The control group were treated by tropisetron hydrochloride intravenous on preventing the nausea and vomiting 30min before receiving chemotherapy. The First treatment group combined acupuncture basing on tropisetron hydrochloride intravenous. And the Second treatment group were treated by tropisetron hydrochloride intravenous 30min before chemotherapy and received acupuncture 30min after chemotherapy. Tropisetron hydrochloride intravenous, acupuncture and chemotherapy all lasted for 3 days. The digestive tract reaction score, Karnofsky score and white blood cell count were measured before and after treatment. Meanwhile, efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and the effect of acupuncture intervention in different time would be compared.Result 1.The first day, total efficiency of the vomiting control was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The t day, total efficiency of those two treatment groups were significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05),and that of the first group higher than the Second group(P< 0.05).The third day, total efficiency of those two treatment groups were significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05),and that of the First group higher than the Second group(P< 0.05).2.The life quality score of those three group was no statistical significance(P> 0.05). After chemotherapy.the decrease value of life quality score in the First treatment group was very significantly less than control group (P<0.001), significantly less than the Second treatment group (P<0.05), at the same time that of the Second treatment group significantly less than control group (P<0.01).3. Before chemotherapy the white blood cell counts in those three groups were no statistical differences(P>0.05).And after chemotherapy the decrease value of white blood cell counts in those three groups still no statistical differences(P> 0.05).4. comparison of additional anti-nausea drugs:the percentage of addition in the First group and the Second group were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.05),but no no statistical differences between the First group and the Second group(P>0.05).Conlusion Acupuncture combined with tropisetron hydrochloride intravenous received good effect for preventing and treating nausea and vomiting induced by induced by lung cancer chemotherapy. The more it's much better receiving acupuncture intervention before chemotherapy.
