Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine treatment for ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting, and evaluate the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of ovarian cancer CINV. Compared with the conventional understanding of Western medicine for treatment of ovarian cancer CINV, the combination of acupuncture and medicine has advantage in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer CINV, and provide scientific theoretical basis for acupuncture combined with the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer CINV.Methods:All cases of this study come from Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Harbin Medical University of gynecology ward, based on the strict diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases were included in the treatment group, which were randomly divided into treatment group (acupuncture and medicine combination:Acupuncture at Zhongwan/CV 12, Liangmen/ST 21 (bilateral), Youmen/KI 21 (bilateral), Zusanli/ST 36 (bilateral) combined with tropisetron hydrochloride) and control group (treated with western medicine hydrochloric acid tropisetron) 30 cases.Reference is most relevant researchers recognized in international, and developed by the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer(MASCC), self-report the MASCC antiemetic tool, MAT, to evaluate the remission of combination of acupuncture and medicine and Western therapy in the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer on chemotherapy of acute CINV and delayed CINV (see table 2, table 3).This paper also selected the commonly used "traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principle" in the 2002 edition, classification of quantitative criteria of nausea and vomiting, and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation standard, and the whole body symptom assessment the relieving effect on ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting. And through Karnofsky (KPS score, percentage method) standard for evaluation function compares the status of patients before and after treatment of the quality of life and physical condition.Results:1. Compared the two groups to observation the remission for Nausea and vomiting of CINV for acute and delayed caused by MAT scale, and make a statistical analysis. On vomiting caused by chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, the treatment group and the control group of vomiting ease degree has no significant difference (P>0.05);the degree of either acute or delayed CINV on alleviating nausea treatment group response was significantly better than the control group, with a statistical significance(P<0.05).2. Through grading and the evaluation on curative effect of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, it can be seen that in the treatment of ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced delay of CINV, treatment group (acupuncture) and control group (Western medicine alone) has obvious curative effect, and the treatment group clinical efficiency is higher than that of the control group, statistical analysis P<0.05, statistically significant difference; And for ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced acute CINV, there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups, P>0.05.3. By comparison with the age of the patients, P>0.05, there is no statistical difference in age, and the patient has comparability; Comparison of the KPS scores of the patients before and after treatment, it can be found that the combination of acupuncture and medicine can significantly reduce the effect of chemotherapy drugs on the physical condition of patients with ovary cancer.Conclusion:1. The combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively alleviate the acute CINV and delayed CINV in patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced nausea, but the effect of prevention and treatment of vomiting with conventional western medicine (tropisetron hydrochloride) has no significant difference.2. The clinical curative effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine with prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer chemotherapy induced delayed CINV is better than the simple western medicine(tropisetron hydrochloride) control; For acute CINV ovarian cancer chemotherapy, combination of acupuncture and medicine group and conventional treatment group have no significant difference in the effect.
