Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Acupuncture Pretreatment on nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy. Methods: Sixty-four cases of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting due to spleen and stomach weakness from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was only treated with conventional anti-emesis scheme, and the observation group was additionally treated with acupuncture pretreatment. To compare the changes of drug toxicity and side effects evaluation standard, vomiting symptom score,Karnofsky score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of patients with spleen and stomach weakness type chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting before and after two courses of treatment. After two courses of treatment, the two groups of data were collected and analyzed, and a conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)comparing the effective rates of vomiting symptoms between the two groups, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.50% and 65.63%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);(2)comparing the effective rates of TCM symptoms between the two groups of subjects, the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 84.38% and 62.50%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);(3)comparing the drug toxicity and side effects evaluation standard, vomiting symptom score,Karl fischer score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)vomiting symptoms before and after treatment: except for appetite and pulse condition improvement, there is no significant difference in curative effect between the treatment group and the control group, there are statistical differencesin xerostomia, vomiting frequency, vomiting severity, vomiting duration and tongue manifestation(P < 0.05);(5)The comparison between the two groups showed that there were statistically significant differences in drug toxicity and side effects evaluation criteria, vomiting symptom score,Karnofsky score and TCM symptom score.(P<0.05);Conclusion: The two groups of treatment methods have certain curative effects on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting due to spleen-stomach weakness, but the curative effects of acupuncture pretreatment combined with conventional antiemetic scheme are significantly better than those of conventional antiemetic scheme group in terms of drug toxicity and side effect evaluation standard, emetic symptom score,Karnofsky score and TCM syndrome score, indicating that the therapeutic effects of acupuncture pretreatment combined with conventional antiemetic scheme in advance on chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting due to spleen-stomach weakness are improved to a certain extent.
