Background:Cystatin C relative molecular weight was 13,000 KD, in nucleated cells at a constant speed express. Many studies have found that serum cystatin C levels and transient ischemic attack related neurodegenerative process can even participate cells, the diagnosis of diseases of the nervous system has an important value, suggesting that serum cystatin C to participate in the process of degeneration of dopaminergic neurons analysis of serum cystatin C maybe involved in the progress of Parkinson. Objective:To analyze the change research of Cystatin C in Progression of parkinson disease, and analyze the correlation of Serum cystatin levels and duration of disease, age, gender, patient acuity. Methods:90 patients with parkinson disease in hospital from December 2014 to May 2016 were selected, patients were divided into early group, the mid-group and late group according to different stages,60 cases healthy volunteers in the same time were selected as control group. Cys C, creatinine, urea, LDL-L, HDL-C, triglycerides, and other levels was measured, Cognitive function was assessed by Mini-Mental State Examination and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale. CC levels and duration of disease, serum creatinine, TC, TG, MMSE, and other related sexually was analyzed. Results:1 The age, gender, creatinine, urea, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C index in Observation group and control group was not significantly different(P> 0.05),cystatin C levels in patients in the observation group(1.15 ± 0.16) was significantly higher than control group(0.91 ± 0.24)(P <0.05), the observation group LDL-C(5.68 ± 0.67) mmol / L was significantly higher than control group(2.54 ± 0.52) mmol / L(P <0.05), the observation group MMSE(25.81 ± 1.69), MoCA score(26.76 ± 1.25) was significantly higher than the control group MMSE(22.16 ± 1.38), MoCA score(21.26 ± 0.97)(P <0.05).Factor index expression levels of inflammatory cells observed in patients was significantly higher(P <0.05).2 Parkinson disease group sex ratio and SCr level in different periods was not significantly different(P> 0.05),Disease duration of early group(2.36 ± 0.84) was significantly shorter in the mid-year group(3.75 ± 2.61) years and a late group(4.68 ± 3.29) years(P <0.05), the late group disease duration was significantly longer than the other two groups(P < 0.05), the early group CC levels were not significantly different(P> 0.05), the mid-group(1.15 ± 0.20) mg / L and late CC levels in patients group(1.23 ± 0.15) mg / L was significantly higher than that early group(1.01 ± 0.11) mg / L(P <0.05), CC levels in patients with advanced group was significantly higher than other groups(P <0.05). Hcy levels were higher than control group(P <0.05), in patients with advanced Parkinson's disease patients Hcy levels in different periods(25.61 ± 2.64) ?mol / L was significantly higher than the mid-group(20.79 ± 2.58) ?mol / L and the early group(18.62 ± 2.32) ?mol / L(P <0.05).3 CC and age(r = 0.416), serum creatinine(r = 0.328) was positive correlation(P <0.05), and triglycerides(r =-0.087), cholesterol(r =-0.079), uric acid(r =-0.102), urea(r = 0.169) and other levels was no significant correlation(P> 0.05). Serum cystatin C level and disease duration(r = 0.618) was positive correlation, H & Y score(r = 0.209) was positive correlation(P <0.05).Serum cystatin C and Hcy levels positively correlated(P <0.05).Serum cystatin and interleukin-1, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor was positively correlated(P <0.05).4 Serum cystatin C levels and MMSE score(r =-0.851), MoCA score(r =-0.852), visual-spatial ability(r =-4.691), attention(r =-0.316), delayed recall(r =-0.208) was negatived correlation(P <0.05), and speech function(r =-0.264), orientation(r = 0.223) compared was no significant correlation(P> 0.05).With the advent of psychiatric symptoms as independent variables, gender, age, serum cystatin, C-reactive protein, interleukin-1, cholesterol, smoking, hyperlipidemia, duration as the dependent variable, univariate analysis showed that patients with psychiatric symptoms performance and patient age, duration, cystatin C, C-reactive protein, interleukin-1, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-related5 According to Parkinson's disease serum cystatin-C detection results, with area under the ROC curve was 0.707, 95%CI was 0.615 ~ 0.857, P=0.0000 in 53.5%, the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity in 82.8%, in the critical value of serum cystatin 1.107mg/L.6 OSAHS group, PD patients demographics, glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine, urea and other indicators no significant difference(P> 0.05), course of disease in patients with OSAHS group, H & Y analysis and PD group showed no significant difference( P> 0.05).In the event of psychiatric symptoms in patients, Spearman rank analysis showed that serum cystatin C and H & Y stage, C-reactive protein, interleukin-1, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor was positively correlated(P <0.05).7 Sleep parameters in patients with OSAHS group sleep-disordered breathing index, oxygen desaturation index were significantly different(P <0.05) and PD patients, serum cystatin C levels in patients with OSAHS group was significantly higher than PD patients(P <0.05). Serum cystatin C as the dependent variable, do linear regression analysis, serum cystatin and creatinine, sleep-disordered breathing index, H & Y analysis of linear relationship(P <0.05). Conclusion:1.Parkinson disease CC levels increased significantly, there are significant differences in different periods CC levels, CC levels and duration of disease was positively correlated,2.CC may be involved in the progress of Parkinson's disease, Parkinson disease aggravated condition monitoring CC for Parkinson's disease diagnosis and prevention of significant value.3.The combined presence of OSAHS patients with Parkinson disease serum cystatin C levels in patients with nocturnal oxygen level positively correlated with serum cystatin C may be used as markers of neuronal injury.
