Objective:To study the relationship between serum Cys C and UA levels and the degree of coronary artery stenosis. Methods:Selected from October 2019 to July 2020,140 patients were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University due to abnormal electrocardiogram or angina-like chest symptoms(65 females,75 males, age range 41 to 78 years old, mean 61.2±8.4 years old),the Gensini score was calculated according to the angiographic results, and the patients were divided into a mild injury group(<20 points),a moderate injury group(20-40 points),and a severe injury group(>40 points). The general data of the three groups of patients were statistically compared with serum Cys C and UA levels, and the effectiveness of serum Cys C and UA levels in predicting CHD was further analyzed by(ROC)curve.Results:1.Serum Cys C levels in the moderate injury group(0.72±0.11 mg/L)and severe injury group(0.81±0.16 mg/L)were significantly higher than the mild injury group(0.64±0.1 mg/L)(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the levels of the moderate injury group and the severe injury group(P>0.05).2.Serum UA levels in the moderate injury group(356.01±78.55 umol/L)and severe injury group(391.25±65.59 umol/L)were significantly higher than the mild injury group(311.7±72.31 umol/L)(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the levels of the moderate injury group and the severe injury group(P>0.05).3.ROC curve results show that: Cys C predicts the best cut-off value for CHD patients at 0.635mg/L,the sensitivity and specificity are 0.743 and 0.63 respectively(AUC,0.712:95%CI 0.611-0.814);UA predicts CHD The best cut-off value for patients is 305.5umol/L,and the sensitivity and specificity are 0.726 and 0.63 respectively(AUC,0.698: 95%CI0.584-0.812);the combination of the two indicators predicts the best cut-off value for CHD patients It was 0.812,the sensitivity and specificity were 0.681 and 0.778,respectively(AUC,0.741: 95% CI 0.646-0.836).Conclusion:When the degree of coronary artery stenosis is mild, the serum Cys C and UA levels are positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis. However, when the degree of coronary artery stenosis is severe, the serum Cys C and UA levels no longer change significantly, indicating that the combined detection is effective The early diagnosis, severity and prevention of CHD have important clinical guidance value.
