Objective To investigate the acute sprain of ankle were treated with seven sodium aescinate injection intravenous drip combined with the clinical effect of low frequency pulse current.Methods From 2013 December to2014 June in our hospital bone surgery treated 60 cases of acuteankle sprain patients were randomly divided into group A(conventional treatment), group B(seven sodium aescinate infusion), group C(low-frequency impulse electrotherapy) andgroup D(intravenous infusion combined with electrotherapy) with 15 cases in each levelimprove the symptoms and signs of patients between the four groups after treatment, and to carry out and summarize the clinical analysis.Results In B group, C group and D grouppatients with symptoms, signs score and the clinical total effective rate were significantly better than group A, but the D group compared with the other three groups have significant differences, there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the acute sprain of ankle were treated with seven sodium aescinate infusion combined with low frequency pulse current can significantly relieve the symptoms and signs, has a positive effect on theprognosis of ascension.
