The doctor-patient relationship is a mutual relationship between medical staff and patients, Interactional communication process which is materialized form of interpersonal relationship in the medical situation. The doctor-patient relationship is the essence of medical personnel with the expertise and skills, patients suffering from the disease or the threat of disease to the medical staff for help, while the medical staffs provide treatment and recovery process for the patients. In recent years, the level of hardware and software of various medical institutions has greatly improved in China; also there has been remarkable progress in health care standards.However the tension between doctors and patients has not eased, and all kinds of medical disputes and medical incidents is often been seen, this has also become a prominent issue affecting social harmony, which has aroused wide concern of the whole society.Shennong hospital founded in May 2006, located in Siping City Tiexi District Hero Road, No. 52, hospital adhering to the service tenet of “initiative, affection, comprehensive, fully manned and whole course", the hospital is one, the most powerful private hospitals in Siping City.Currently the doctor-patient relationship in Shennong Hospital generally is in harmony, the vast majority of the medical staff can strictly abide by professional ethics, understanding the patient, patient care, and Most of clinic patients also showed confidence, understanding and support in the medical staff, however, there are some contradictions in the social medical and patient relationship.In this paper, based on current and potential Shennong hospitals in the doctor-patient survey and research, in order to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship as the target, the doctor-patient relationship status quo south of the hospital conducted a survey in order to get the doctor-patient relationship to improve the ways and means, and we hope to provide reference for improving society as a whole doctor-patient relationship. This paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part tell us the background, significance and research methods of the research of the relationship between doctors and patients. The second part on an overview of the theory of relationship between doctor and patient based about the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship in Shennong hospital,and the hospital were questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis. The third part of the doctor-patient relationship tension Responsibility Evaluation and introduced the main measures of domestic and foreign institutions. The fourth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. The last part is the summary of the research of this topic and the expectation.
