In recent years, the new reform in our country, to a certain extent the problem of difficulty and high cost of patients, the medical environment has improved, but there are still injury medicine people and medical events what to happen. This study the people’s hospital of guizhou province doctors and patients are as main research object, using the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods of investigation and analysis, compare the medical staff and patients’ cognitive similarities and differences about the present situation of the doctor-patient relationship, investigating the present situation of the current doctor-patient relationship, and analysis the cause of the doctor-patient relationship nervous and explore the effective ways to relieve the strain on the doctor-patient relationship. And use role theory of sociology, social exchange theory and conflict theory as the sociology theoretical basis. To suggest suitable for three level of advanced hospital and improve the doctor-patient relationship.The study found that the doctor-patient relationship nervous trend. First of all, Both doctors and patients are agree that the responsibility of the doctor-patient relationship is main to doctor –patient and government. Secondly, they are believe that the doctor-patient relationship nervous reason has the several aspects, one is the pharmaceutical and health care system is not complete; Health resources allocation is unreasonable; Doctor-patient dispute mediation legal mechanism is not complete. The second is the doctor has bad service attitude and medical technology, doctors and patients are lack of communication. The third is the exist problems of medical ethics, main embodied in the abuse checklists, and doctors are poor service attitude. The four doctors and patients social role and status and education level are difference. So they are difficult to communication with each other and finally cause doctor-patient relationship to nervous.Ways of improving the doctor-patient relationship, enhance the medical staff of the sense of responsibility, in the process of diagnosis and treatment of medical workers to save money for patients of consciousness, and improve the service attitude of medical person. Perfect and improve the medical security system, strengthen the hospital management, improve the level of the medical staff wages and its medical technology strives for perfection, only in this way can effectively relieve tense doctor-patient relationship.Finally, this research boost from strengthening the construction of medical ethics, in order to strengthen the doctor-patient communication and control to medical expenses and the supervision to hospitals and patients to improve their scientific and cultural quality, encourage medical health system reform, to perfect the legal system, guide the media objective to comprehensive reports and so on. To improve top three hospital need to some relative measures and suggestions.
