In essence,the relationship between doctors and patients is an indispensable part of social relations and the most basic interpersonal relationship in medical practice.Children's hospitals are more sensitive to doctor-patient relationship and have a relatively high incidence of conflicts between doctors and patients due to the special nature of"children" that is different from adult patients.In this study,I analyzed the difference between doctor-patient relationship and adult hospital in F children's hospital.From the macro level,the current pediatric medical security system in China is.not as perfect as the adult medical security system.In addition,the pediatric practice environment is worse than other disciplines,the pediatric talent team is unstable,the pediatric medical resources are limited,it is difficult to provide adequate medical services,resulting in the tension between doctors and patients,on the contrary,it increases the pressure of pediatricians,into a vicious circle.At the micro level,children themselves are a special group.In addition to anxious family members,the interpersonal relationship faced by doctors in children's hospitals is more complex and the doctor-patient relationship is more sensitive.Based on public conflict theory and crisis management theory,this paper summarizes the current doctor-patient relationship in F children's hospital through.questionnaire survey,literature research and systematic analysis.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the doctor-patient relationship in F children's hospital,the main problems in doctor-patient relationship were analyzed and summarized,and the causes and countermeasures of the problems were explored.Through investigation and analysis,the main problems ofdoctor-patient relationship in F children's hospital are as follows:from the perspective of doctors,doctor-patient communication is not smooth,parents are not in a good mood,the process of medical treatment is cumbersome,doctors are biased and lack of trust,and media reports on doctor-patient disputes are unethical and lack of positive publicity.From the perspective of the patient,registration is too difficult,the process of seeking medical treatment is tedious and complicated,and there is too much negative induction and lack of rational thinking.'From the perspective of doctor-patient relationship,the communication between doctors and patients is insufficient,the information is not equal,the trust is low and so on.From the perspective of public conflict and crisis management,this study elaborated the countermeasures for the governance of doctor-patient relationship in F city:in terms of improving the medical management service of F city children's hospital,the first is to improve the level of hospital management service and establish a systematic crisis management mode;Second,the medical side should take the initiative to communicate with the patients and their families;Third,carry out simulation practice to prevent and avoid gateways.In order to build doctor-patient trust and eliminate information asymmetry,the first is to break patients' preset distrust of doctors.Second,strengthen the popularization of medical knowledge and eliminate information asymmetry;Third,give full play to the positive guiding role of the media,build a multi-party collaborative framework,and promote the transformation of the invisible wall of doctor-patient relationship into a harmonious wall through multi-subject collaborative governance.
