Evaluation Analysis And Countermeasures Of Health Supervision And Quantitative Grading Management System In Swimming Places Of Shijiazhuang City

Swimming is a much-loved and active sport that everyone can take part in. So the sanitary conditions and security measures of the swimming pool have a close relationship with people’s health or even with their lives. The quantitative graded management system of the swimming pools is a new kind of administrative supervision and management executed by the Health Administration. This system quantify and evaluate the public swimming pools with some indicators and classified regulated the swimming pools. Besides, the publicity of the sanitary conditions of the swimming pools and the selective consumption of consumers have significant effects on promoting the sanitary consciousness of the managers of swimming pools, increasing the efficiency of the regulation and improving the public hygienic conditions.This article first introduces the implementation of the system, and probes into the sources of evaluation index, then analyzed the characteristics of the system. Second, our article statistics and analyzes the main points of evaluation index, evaluation results, and the publicity of the quantitative graded management based on 2012—2015 for four consecutive years of Shijiazhuang swimming pools. Then we evaluate the effects and social influences of the system and found that the system effectively improved the sanitary conditions of the swimming pools, but the publicity of the evaluation index hasn’t gain extensive attention. Although the quantitative classification of the results received wide recognition, the consumers paid little attention to the publicity of the results. The value and the effects of the publicity is not obvious.Finally, the observation of the quantitative graded management system indicates that the technology and authortity should be further innovated to improve the effectiveness of the administrative supervision of the system. Besides, the publicity, on-site training and the balance of the interests of all departments should be emphasized to strictly control the quality of the swimming pools, and then realize the implementation of the quantitative classification management system of the swimming pools in Shijiazhuang in-depth and comprehensively.
