Objective:1.To understand the past three years,Kunshan city swimming pool health status;2.Analyze the influencing factors and related reasons of the health status of swimming pool in Kunshan city;3.To provide scientific basis and reference for further strengthening the supervision and management of swimming places.Methods:1.Kunshan City,the city's 47 swimming places for the study;2.Sampling and testing of the water quality of 47 swimming places were carried out by using the method of the census;3.Combined with the special inspection of health supervision,the scene of the swimming pool health management survey;4.1n the three years,598 water samples were monitored and 47 questionnaires were analyzed in order to reveal the status and influencing factors of swimming pool sanitation in Kunshan city.Through the statistical analysis,obtains the result;through the logical analysis,draws the conclusion.Results:1.Three years of monitoring the pool of 598 water samples,274 were qualified,the total qualified rate was 45,82%,in the 6 indicators of monitoring,the qualified rate of turbidity and coliform was 100%,the qualified rate of total bacterial count and pH value were 92.11%and 96.89%,the main index for urea and free chlorine,three years the total qualified rate were 62.29%and 75.76%.2.1n 2014,we detected a total of 249 pool water samples,the pass rate was 44.98%;in 2015,a total of 119 water samples were detected,the pass rate was 58.82%;in 2016,a total of 230 copies,the pass rate was 40%.Different year pass rate difference was statistically significant(?2= 11.314,P<0.05).In 2015,the qualified rate of urea was significantly higher than the other two(?2=32.278,P<0.05),the other 5 indicators qualified rate had no significant difference in different years.3.598 water samples according to the different nature of the industry of swimming division,the passing rate is 55.80%in the hotel,49.49%residential,social development 46.73%,33.33%schools,32.52%fitness centers,the qualified rate was statistically significant difference between different properties of swimming places(?2=16.414,P<0.05),the hotel swimming places high pass rate,fitness places and the school swimming place passing rate is relatively low.Differentindustries swimming place the total number of bacteria,pH and free chlorine and there was no significant difference,but the exception of urea(?2=31.919,P<0.05),the qualified rate of fitness facilities of swimming places urea obviously low.4.There were 44 swimming places holding a valid health permit,the rate was 93.62%,three years in a card unit 569 water samples were monitored,the qualified rate is 47.85%,undocumented units monitoring of 29 water samples,the qualified rate was 27.59%,the valid health permit the water quality of swimming pools significantly better than undocumented places(?2=4.081,P<0.05).5.The number to build the site water disinfection,timing self check and swimming to the customers' health check management system of Kunshan city swimming was a total of 28,accounting for 59.57%of all places,in the three years to improve the health management system of the unit monitoring of 403 water samples,the qualified rate is 53.60%,a total of 195 water samples for monitoring is established or not the system is not perfect,the qualified rate is 29.74%,a sound health management system of water quality of swimming pools is obviously better than that in the system is not perfect or not established sites(?2=30.122,P<0.05).6.The number of mandatory shower in swimming pool in Kunshan city was 19,accounting for 40.43%,three years with a mandatory shower facilities were monitoring 318 water samples,the qualified rate is 46.86%,the unit is not equipped with a mandatory shower facilities were monitored in 280 water samples,the qualified rate is 44.64%,the difference between the qualified rate was not meaning(?2=0.294,P>0.05).7.The number of circulating filter synchronization by chlorine in swimming pool in Kunshan city was 36,accounting for 76.60%,using the circulating filter synchronization chlorination in the three years of monitoring units of a total of 501 water samples,the qualified rate is 49.90%,the total:investment and the use of artificial additive unit monitoring of 97 water samples,the qualified rate is 24.74%,the use of water quality of swimming pools loop filter synchronization chlorination was better than using artificial investment addition places(?2=20.719,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The qualified rate of water swimming places in Kunshan was low;2.The qualified rate of free residual chlorine and urea was low;3.The qualified rate of the hotel swimming places was higher,the school and fitness places swimming places of the passing rate was low;4.Whether to hold an effective health permit,a sound health management system and the choice of disinfectant dosage form was the important influence factors of swimming pool water quality.
