The Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of The Treatment Of POF With Femoston Combined With Party Of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective: To detect the curative effect of the treatment of POF with Femoston combined with Party of premature ovarian failure and its curative mechanism.Methods: 80 cases were picked up from the POF patients who received treatment from our hospital from January, 2008 to May, 2014. They were randomized into treatment group with Femoston combined with Party of premature ovarian failure and control group given Femoston only. Each group had 40 cases. After the two groups were treated for the same period at the same time, contrast the menstruation, clinical symptoms and the change of FSH and E2 Levels in the body of the two groups.Results: After a three-month and six-month treatment, the menstruation condition of the treatment group was significantly improved and most of the patients in this group had a normal menstrual period again. The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 80%and 95% respectively in the two time periods which was obviously higher than that of the control group(32.5%, 67.5%). Differences were statistical significance.(P<0.05) The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were greatly improved with the overall effective rate of 75% and 95% respectively in the two periods of the treatment which was obviously higher of the control group(25%, 67.5%). Differences were statistical significance.(P<0.05) An obvious decrease of FSH levels was found in the treatment group compared with that in the control group. Differences were statistical significance.The E2 levels of the treatment group were obviously higher than that of the control group.Differences were statistical significance(P<0.05)Conclusion: The curative effect of the treatment of POF with Femoston combined with Party of premature ovarian failure was significant. Therefore, this therapy is worth a wide application.
