The Curative Effect Of Tubal Obstrutive Infertility Treated With Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment And Laparoscope

Carry loaded treatment to the fallopian tube obstruetion at present, after treating with the laparoscope operation more,and adopt and resists the inflammation in menstrual period and injects the medieine law to treat the inflammation in menstrual period and injects oviduet carry perspon who bloeck keep oviduet coherent unobstrueted degree, adhesion behind the skill after the skill after the skill after the skill after the infertile skill far, hloeking one of the infertile problems that low pregnaney rate,high ectopic pregnaney ineidence still perplex the oviduet,traditional Chinese medieine is treated through starting with wholly,the dialectical theory manage extenstye prospeet.Objective:To evaluate the ourative offets of tubal obstruetive infertility treated with laparoseope and traditionalChinese medieine rteatment.Methods:Analyzing and foloow up the inpatients who were diagnosed as tubal obstruetive infertility and treated with laparoscope or treated with the combination of traditional Chinese medieine treatment from March1st2010to February28th2011.The inpatients were divided into treatment group and blank group based on combinating with tradi ti onal Chinese medici ne treatment, or not. The inpatients who were in the treatment group were using some Chinese Herbs which can promote blood flow, remove stasis, regulate Qi and dredge col lateral to hot compress abdominal and retention-enema. The total effectual rate and the total pregnancy rate configured according to the results that were collected until February29th2012.Results:In a total of27patients in treatment group, the number of primary infertility was9, as the proportion was33.3%and secondary infertility was18, as the proportion was66.4%. The number of the acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory case was21, as the proportion was77.7%.The patients who had ectopic pregnancy there were3, as the proportion was11.1%. In a total of23patients in blank group, the number of primary infertility was5, as the proportion was21.7%and secondary infertility was18, as the proportion was78.3%. The number of the acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory case was17, as the proportion was73.9%. The patients who had ectopic pregnancy there were4,as the proportion was14%. The research evaluated the severity according to the fallopian tube classification and the severity of pelvic adhesion. In treatment group, there were8cases belong to level2of the fallopian tube classification, as the proportion was29.6%,19cases belong to level3of the fallopian tube classification, as the proportion was70.4%. And there were3cases whose pelvic adhesion were mild, as the proportion was11.1%.14cases whose pelvic adhesion were moderate, as the proportion was51.9%.10cases whose pelvic adhesion were severe, as the proportion was37%. In blank group, there were4cases belong to level2of the fallopian tube classification, as the proportion was17.4%,19cases belong to level3of the fallopian tube classification, as the proportion was82.6%. And there were0cases whose pelvic adhesion were mild,9cases whose pelvic adhesion were moderate, as the proportion was39.1%,14cases whose pelvic adhesion were severe, as the proportion was60.9%. In treatment group,10cases were i nt rant or i ne pregnancy. The fallopian tube of17patients still maintained patency, as the cure rate was62.9%.3cases were eelopir pregnancy, the fallopian lube of5patients were better than before, as the effective rale was21.7%. The fallopian tube of one patient was as the same as before, as the ineffective rale was4%. In blank group, I case was i nt rant or i ne pregnancy. The fallopian tube of5patients still maintained patency, as the cure rate was21.7%.5cases were ectopic pregnancy, the fallopian tube of16patients were better than before, as the effective rate was69.5%. The fallopian tubes of two patients were as the same as before, as the ineffective rate was8.8%.Conclusion:To the cases which belong to the level3of the fallopian tube classification and belong to pelvic adhesion that were moderate or severe, the curative effect of the treatment group is better. So, after treating with the laparoscope operation, the using of Chinese Herbs which can promote blood flow, remove stasis, regulate Qi and dredge collateral to hot compress abdominal and retention-enema can improve the rate of intrauterine pregnancy, reduce the rate of ectopic pregnancy, help to keep the patency of fallopian tubes. At all, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than blank group.
