Foster The Method For The Treatment Of Myelodysplastic Syndrome Regularity Study And Curative Effect Analysis

Objective:To ascertain the difference of curative effect of different types of MDS, and to observe the necessary time of getting the best curative effect,plus investigating the disciplinarian of the treatment by enlarging case load with treatment by pure Chinese traditional medicine Yisui Qinghuang Powder, on the basis of observations on evident clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:65MDS patients were treated with Yisui Qinghuang Powder in2months for a course, in our clinics and wards from January2006to December2012.Cl inical therapeutic effect was observed at the end of2courses and maybe in a longer time on the patients effectively who will be dosed to maintain the treatment, in order to investigate the forward disciplinarian of treatment for MDS with Fuzheng Quxie Method.Results:(1)MDS total remission rate (CR+PR+MCR+HI) is52.3%, total effective rate (CR+PR+MCR+HI+SD) was81.5%, treated by Fuzheng Quxie method with Yisui Qinghuang Powder.(2) Curative effect between different TCM syndrome types, different IPSS risk stratification, treated first or recurrent MDS, different the WHO classification, different physical condition, no obvious difference (P＞0.05).(3) Overall patients in the treatment of observation period,1month, as shown the white blood cells in peripheral blood reduced (P＜0.05), and white blood cells increase gradually with the neutrophil or to normal; Quantity of hemoglobin increases significantly at the end of the two period of treatment, about10g/L (P＜0.05), and increase with the extension of treatment time, the more obvious; Platelet change is not obvious (P＞0.05); in patients with blood cells decrease before treatment thrombocytopenia decrease (P＜0.05) at the first month treatment, and then rise, the three lines are increased at4months (P＜0.05), the results and the previous research results are slightly different; With the extension of treatment time, the overall survival rate also drop, to25months leveled off, the survival rate is77.3±9.3%, the median survival has not been achieved.(4) Rely on blood transfusion and no transfusion curative effect, no differences (P＞0.05), and blood transfusion dependent group before treatment and no blood transfusion group survival curve the difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05).(5) Before and after treatment in the bone marrow primitive cells, neutrophils, red ratio has no obvious change (P＞0.05), only carries on the analysis results show that the bone marrow in patients with RAEB primitive cell ratio has no significant change (P＞0.05).(6) CR+MCR with HI+SD group, and group F, red bone marrow ratio difference have statistical significance (P＜0.05), the red bone marrow ratio beteeen HI+SD and group F no statistical significance (P＞0.05), the results and the previous research results are slightly different.(7) A+8karyotype, normal karyotype and other abnormal karyotype curative effect difference between three groups has no statistical significance (P＞0.05).(8) The survival curve analysis, ease curative effect (CR+PR+MCR+HI) longer than those not ease (SD+F), high survival rate and survival (P＜0.05), the result is different from previous research results.(9) Compare oral arsenic drugs realgar quantity in effective and ineffective patients, results show no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusions:1. MDS treated by Fuzheng Quxie method with Yisui Qinghuang Powder has curative effect, Reflected in the WBC, NEUT, HGB and PLT values were significantly higher, the minimum effective in treatment for four months.2. MDS different degree of risk, WHO classification, initial treatment or retreatment, physical conditions, syndromes, cytogenetic changes do not affect the treatment of MDS Yisui Qinghuang Powder efficacy, which is a prominent characteristic of the drug treatment of MDS.3. Transfusion dependent or not has little effect on the efficacy, but a significant impact on overall survival. 4. The higher the proportion of bone marrow erythroid marrow Yisui Qinghuang Powder through better access to good treatment effect.5. Bone marrow progenitor cells before and after treatment, erythroid, myeloid ratio did not change significantly, the number of cases may be less relevant.6.
