Objective:To analyze the clinical features of hepatic cysts and the efficacy of different treatment methods, and to explore the correlation between inflammation index PLR,NLR and hepatic cysts. Methods:A total of 178 patients(37 males and 141 females)with hepatic cysts hospitalized in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2018 were enrolled, including 34 single hepatic cysts(19.2%)and hepatic cysts. There were 64 cases(35.9%)and 80 cases of polycystic liver disease(45.0%).There were 44 cases in the left outer lobe of the liver,111 cases in the right lobe of the liver,23 cases near the border of the left and right lobe of the liver,84 cases in the dirty surface, and 36 in the face. For example, the latter 37 cases and the deeper 21 cases;45 cases(25.3%)with polycystic kidney disease and 133(74.7%)without polycystic kidney disease;all patients used laparoscopic fenestration(or+)alcohol and percutaneous liver Cyst puncture(or+)alcohol was used for treatment;another 178 healthy people were collected as a control group, blood routine examination results were recorded, and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio were calculated(NLR).The patientfs gender, age, operation time, indwelling drainage tube and hospitalization days, size, type, distribution of the capsule, presence or absence of polycystic kidney disease, and the relationship between the two treatment methods and curative effect were analyzed. The relationship between cyst type and cyst distribution was analyzed. The correlation between PLR and NLR and hepatic cysts.Results:1.The patient's gender, age, cyst size, operation time, indwelling drainage tube and hospital stay, cyst type and alcohol use were not associated with efficacy;2.There was no correlation between the type of cyst and the distribution of cysts in the liver.3.The left hepatic lobe cyst was better than the cyst near the left and right lobe of the liver(p=0.019).4.Compared with percutaneous hepatic cyst puncture(or+)alcohol, laparoscopic fenestration(or+)alcohol is more effective, with statistical blood differences(p=0.000),both treatments and recurrence rates No statistical use(p=0.050).5.Compared with patients with polycystic kidney disease, patients without polycystic kidney disease had better efficacy and statistical difference(p=0.043).6.Compared with the control group,PLR was associated with hepatic cysts;compared with the control group and hepatic cysts, the NLR in the polycystic liver disease group was elevated, with statistically significant differences(p<0.0001,p<0.005),polycystic The area under the NLR roc curve in the liver disease group was 0.826(p<0.001),the optimal threshold was 2.065,the sensitivity was 0.613,and the specificity was 1.0.Conclusion:1.There is no correlation between cyst type and cyst distribution in the liver.2.The cystic treatment of the left outer lobe of the liver is better, and the recurrence rate of laparoscopic fenestration(or+)alcohol is low;the effect of patients without polycystic kidney disease is better than that of patients with polycystic kidney disease.3.Nlr>2.065 predicts polycystic liver disease has certain clinical significance.
