The Influence Of Family System Dynamics And The Relevant Factors For Peptic-ulcer

Objective:To study the family system dynamics with the family of peptic-ulcer patients, and influencing factors, and try to find out the psychological factors to provide theoretical basis for doing family therapy with them.Methods:To take 71 patients with a peptic-ulcer, and take 69 patients as normal controls. They were measured with the Family Dynamics Questionnaire(FDQ), Family Environment Scale(FES), and Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU).Result:1.To co mpare with the normal co ntrol gro up: Acco rding to the Family Dynamic s Questionnaire(FDQ), P>0.05, there are no s tatistic al me anings he re.2.According to the the Family Environment Scale(FES), there were statistical significances in ‘controls'(P=0.024).3.The Family Enviro nme nt Sc ale s ho we d that the dime nsio ns of co ntrol are s ignific antly higher than the no rmal co ntro l gro up in fe males attac hme nt(P=0.012), and e nte rtainment(P=0.009) are highe r than the no rmal c o ntrol gro up.4.There is a corre latio n betwee n the dynamic c haracte ristics and e nviro nme nt facto rs, and the way of raising the m whic h are influe nce d by e ac h o the r.5.Re gress io n analysis s ho we d that the total score s of family atmos phere are associated with the score of ‘intimacy'(?=-0.497), emotional expression(?=0.325) and contradiction(?=0.203), father's emotional warmth understanding(?=-0.395), father's overprotection(?=0.343), mother's over interference(?=0.457), mother's emotional warmth understanding(?=-0.289); The correlation factors of personalized are ‘intimate'(? =-0.390), emotional expression(? = 0.334) and control(?=0.334), parents' deny(?=0.340), the mother's punishing(?=0.499), female's emotional warmth understanding(?=0.243),the correlation factors of the system logic are culture(?=0.382), the success(?=0.451), the father too much interference(?=0.332); Concept of disease relates to the emotional expression(?=0.473), the father's emotional warmth understanding(?=0.353), the mother's punishing(?=0.339), female's emotional warmth understanding(?=0.310).Conclusions:1.There are no o bvio us diffe re nces in statistics be twee n pe ptic-ulcer and the no rmal c o ntrol gro up in the dime ns io ns o f the family dynamic.2.The Family Enviro nme nt Sc ale s ho ws that the dime nsio ns of co ntro l are s ignific antly highe r than the no rmal c o ntrol gro up, e s pecially in fe male s.3.Ac cording to t he EMBU, father's over-protective ness is lo wer than the normal control group.
