The Effect Of Zhizhu Wendan Decoction On Pediatries Stagnatio Of Nephrastheni A Heat Type

Objective:Through the observation of Zhizhu Wendan Soup on children in treatment pediatries stagnatio of symptoms improved, in order to make clear the clinical curative effect of Zhizhu Wendan Soup in treatment of pediatries stagnatio of symptoms.Methods:60 cases of pediatries stagnatio were divided into two groups.One was the treatment group:30 cases treated with Zhizhu Wendan Decoction,the other was the control group:30 cases treated with Qing-ReHuaZhi granule.Course of treatment was three weeks. Followed up for 3 months after the treatment.Making up the standard of curative effect evaluation in the light of Guidelines for the Clicinal Research of Chi-nese Medicine New Drugs and combing specific circumstances to evaluate the symptoms of the children.All childrens’scores were recorded and compared by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.3%,for the control group,the total effective rate was 73.3%,the total curative effect had prominent differences (P<0.05).2.For the TCM symptom,after treatment,the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,in improving the effect of TCM syndrome,treatment group was significantly better than the control gro-up(P<0.05).3.In the aspects of main symptoms improvement, the treatment group was better than the control group and had statistical significance (P<0.05).In the aspects of minor symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group in dry mouth and irritability symptoms (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in abdominal skin burning, short yellow urine,and hot in the palm (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.For the treatment of pediatries stagnatio of nephrasthenia heat type,Zhizhu Wendan Decoction is superior than the control group in Comprehensive curative effect and TCM symptom(P<0.05).2. Zhizhu Wendan Decoction can significantly improve each symptom, and compared with the control group, the improvement effect of the symptoms of dry mouth and irritability is better.3. The long term effect of Zhizhu Wendan Decoction is better than the control group.
